Great result and performance, kept up the speed and intensity throughout and the passing was much much better.
Devils looked a bit devoid of ideas but we didn't let them settle much so we can take a lot of credit for that.
The atmosphere was really subdued I felt, didn't really get loud until the last 5 minutes.

We do usually beat them at home but I feel this might be the game they break their hoodoo, hope I'm wrong but just can't see us winning.

The first was pretty even, the 2nd was a horror show and the third we looked really good!
But yes that 2nd period we were bullied all over the ice,Storm knew we had no answer and it rattled us and we made mistakes.
Hopefully learn a lot of lessons from this.

It's just a way for a place in deep financial trouble to chisel customers What makes you believe the NIC are in deep financial trouble? They lost millions due to Covid...there was a fair bit in the media at the time but I can't recall the exact figure.

I'm sure a few seasons ago Panthers asked if we would prefer Friday games over Sunday games, might be wrong though.
From the past few seasons when we have had Friday games they have not been as well attended as Sundays,Panthers like Sundays as they are good for families.
Personally I would prefer Friday over Sunday but then I don't have kids.

John Purves, Panthers skipper 02/03, seven games with the Washington Capitals in the 90/91 season. Great player.. I was at London when he scored one of the best shorties I've ever seen! I have his stick in my study!

Having recently been at the Worlds, the Italy and Poland games produced the best atmospheres I've heard in that building in years but it was because of the on-ice product being exciting rather than the efforts of the GB Supporters Club (no ill-will, just the 3rd time you've heard G......B *drum roll* G.....B it starts to grind a bit.) So if there is a suggestion to move the Block 19 guys to Block 14 then I hope it's not actioned. I just find stuff like that incredibly bleak to be honest when you're being demolished on ice. If Panthers put together a somewhat winning team (LOL) the atmosphere issue will resolve itself. Does anybody think that moving the drums to the other end of the arena (back of Block 8 or 12 perhaps), where there’s more people in a closer proximity to the drums, would help to improve the dreadful atmosphere at our games? Granted, the team on the ice is what gets the fans going, but even in years where we have had a good team, the NIC has always been quiet I think block 10 would be perfect, smack bang in the middle of the arena, most noisy areas of European arenas are directly behind a goal, block 14 as was suggested would be a bit odd (even if GB used it)

The only snippet I've heard from twitter is that apparently we are in talks with another Brit from the GB team and another import (not sure if returnee or new)

Really, really poor crowd tonight. It was quite s suprise I must admit. Hockey fans all over thr country. It should be difficult to get tickets for the weekend games with midweek still seeing big crowds. Does team GB just not engage many UK fans? This is something that we dont get that often at all so id really expected to see more. I cant imagine the IIHF are to impressed at this point. I know a lot of people personally who have no interest in the national team as they just don't like the international style of hockey. I've also heard some Scottish fans say they have no interest or connection with the GB team as they never player North of the border. The complete lack of advertising for the tournament in the city centre (or even outside the venue) hasn't helped get any potential casual fans in either.

Have one now and have had for 14 years but i'm another option of 'no idea yet' if I'll renew.
I'm not sure if I'm ready to walk away yet...but I'm close

It looks like it's sold better than last year but still way down on previous seasons before that.
I'll wait to see if the unlikely event of us making the final 4 happens before I make a decision.

I just cannot wait for the season to end.
Our goals were nice....can't think of much more to say
I spoke to some other fans who have been season ticket holders for a while and they said they won't be renewing next season as they just don't enjoy it anymore. Don't think they'll be the last.

Good grief. I’d not even noticed Lindgren wasn’t playing and it took me until half way through to miss Ferrara… Official reasons? Lindgren warmed up but apparently said he was 'sore' so didn't want to play. Corey sounds fuming on his interview about it. No idea about Ferrara...not that you'd notice if he was playing or not.

I thought we started alright...then once we conceded just went very flat and didn't offer much.
Usual Steelers on a Saturday,a loss, loads of idiots in attendance and fans left wondering why we bother.
Corey in his post match interview stating why Lindgren didn't play,he may as well have said 'he's a flake and didn't fancy it'

Came alive in the 3rd Period. Why The Giants released Payton Jones, I don't know. Officiating as awesome as ever; Dundee get a tripping call, A Star has a go at Myers and Sorenson steps him but only Sorenson gets a Penalty, making it offsetting. Then the resulting Face Off is in the Panthers Zone, why I don't know, surely it's centre ice. Then 8 seconds later, Dundee think they've equalised but it's disallowed. It certainly looked in. Later on, Jones is ran into, Gagnon has words and only he gets called. I think the face off thing must be in the rules somewhere. Seen it a few times. A second penalty on the opposing team after the initial call sees the face off moved the other end. The reviewed goal, I can only guess that the whistle had gone before it went clearly in after being pulled back the first time when sitting on the line. I was also suprised to see them not review Dundees 2nd. At the time I thought it was a good goal, however it only just crept in the top corner and then bounced back out in front of the goal line. Not really a problem as I thought it was a fair call. To be that close though youd have thought theyd have checked. Pretty sure the Stars player put it in anyway after it came back out so would have been a goal either way. The disallowed goal was definitely on the line and not over when the refs whistle went, looked like Hammond put it in his own net after that anyway. The 3rd period was ok but the first 2 were like watching paint dry. Still a nice 4 point weekend for once!

First home win of 2023!
All 3 of our goals were great but Levin....WOW take a bow son!
Thought Lahtinen looked sharp and took his goal nicely.
Another win against Cardiff at home...can we play you every week...mad how we always turn up against them and they seemingly don't...weird.

Unlucky tonight, close game and we pushed them all the way,had some great chances especially towards the end.
As has been said though an absolute calamity for the OT winner sadly.
Hammond seems to have stepped up his level the last few games.

To a certain degree, I agree. The major difference is in the word 'supporter'. From my perspective, the core of what I would call Panthers 'supporters' is diminishing at an alarming rate, and I include myself in that. I dont really know how to explain it, but, looking at the comments on the social media pages, I recognise less and less the names of people posting. The folks I know from past years seem to be smaller and smaller. Have they all come to the same conclusion that us 'older ones' have and drifted away? Black's ethics seems to be, doesn't matter who I wee wee off, there will be more to take their place, there are 360,000 people in Nottingham. How crap are we that this Saturday is a sell out and we are garbage? So long as the attendance keeps up why should things change? Excellent point .. if I was to turn up on Saturday (god forbid) I bet if I walked around the concourse they'd be a handful I'd know now.. go back 15-20 years and they'd be someone I knew every step. These 'new' fans don't see it as a sport. I've seen how they interact on social media after yet another loss..! It's sad how many people I knew at games 10-15 years ago who no longer attend,I barely know anyone at the arena now. I started sitting in my season ticket seat about 14 years ago and all but about 2 people sat near me have changed especially in the last 5 years. I don't think it's just lack of success but the game in general lacks the edge it once did,the games are a lot more stale and sterile which I think is a bigger reason older fans have moved away.

I’ll say it again, we should have stuck with Graham, he wasn’t given enough time. All the good work and positivity the club created over the summer has been undone and we’ll start another rebuilding process this coming summer… The players really disliked him though and had stopped playing for him,I mean clearly not much has changed results wise but I feel the players are putting in more effort...they just don't click as a team together.
