Lindhagen and Williams are the only ones I'd hope it is, I'll be disappointed if it's anyone else.

Standard signing that was expected. Hopefully he misses fewer games this season but still has quality left in him.

He is the new Pacl, read the article on Panthers site. Ah cheers, tried to but the website has crashed by the looks of it as it won't load.

Does this mean Bakala is still in play? I'd like to think so!

I'd hope he's this seasons Pacl!! Decent stats but not sure I'd want him as a starter.

Unless this is the 'backup import' doesn't sound like it'll be Bakala:
"Time for a positional hint!! In 1 hour we're announcing a new Netminder. He's his country's #1 too! #PanthersNation"

Saw him play for Kassel, he looked like a pretty solid forward. Could do a job but wouldn't expect him to be a top line player.

Dan Bakala anyone? Left Frolunda today, would be worth a shot at trying to get him.

On the topic of officiating, is it still the case that if a defending player covers the puck with his hand when the puck is in their goal crease that a penalty shot is awarded? If so, a steelers player did it in the 3rd right in front of Pering. I saw that too, the guy is clueless.

Keep; Brown: Always shows passion and fight and is decent in most areas of his game. Lindhagen: Primarily as a forward, fast, hard working and has great hands. McGrattan: May not be the energy kind of guy but park him in front of the net and place him with the right guys he's dangerous. Sertich: Can be a little weak at points but is the best of the offensive style D men we have, can quarter back the PP well. Wiikman: If he can keep as fit as this season and have an upgraded D in front he could again be the or one of best netties in the league. Pacl: Know what were getting for an import backup/spare, he's young and still developing but also very passionate about the game and can be trusted when resting Miika. Clarke: Natural goals scorer and a Brit, if he's got another couple seasons in him I'd think he'd be here for them. Betteridge: Still coming along but is showing development and confidence. Williams: If he recovers well enough after his surgery and with a summer to prepare it'd be nice to get a full season from him as he's still a class above most. Nikiforuk: Great hands, plays with energy and full commitment.
Gas; Carter: I was hoping for an impressive guy. Great hands but nothing else, don't know why he's still here. Lawrence: I like the guy and been a fan of him but he's too inconsistent and his apparent off-ice attitude seems to be growing. Spang: Defended him due to the minutes he's had to play but his decision making is terrible and costly and embellishing is ridiculous. Lee and Lacho: Obvious reasons but they'll be staying as they're Brits. Moran: Seems to be a bit hit and miss but he's retiring anyway.
Unsure: Macmillan: Prefer him as a D man personally rather than a forward, off-ice attitude is apparently bad. Waugh and Dimmen: Like them both and would have them back but injury issues so unsure. Schultz: One of the best forwards in the league when fit but spends more time out than playing.

Another one of Kalus' buds. He's been suffering with back problems this season, hence his lack of game time and Salzburg have got better options so he's been released. Would be nice as a temporary, till the end of the season signing but I would be surprised. Sounds like our kind of singing if he has injury issues hahaha. Also played with Williams at Ambri-Piotta.

Hoping the 'we're still looking for a D man' line in the radio interview is one of the typical Panthers cover ups of another signing to announce. Still need a steady D man if we do push for the PO's.

Not there but reports from friends say we look like the tiredness from being short is hitting us. Just imagine if we'd brought replacements in like certain other clubs..

Jonathan Carlsson has been released from Rockford/Indy, teammate of Mosey. Swedish and plays D. Played against Lindhagen for 11 years from Swedish J18Elit, SuperElit, Allsvenskan, SHL and Sweden Int. Jrs. Certainly wouldn't say no. He's signed in Slovakia.

What I feared tbh. If that's the case, I say just chuck a ton of money at someone like Mike Richards, saw somewhere a couple weeks back that he was looking at options in Europe. Obviously won't happen though as management aren't going to get the cheque book out for someone like that. Mike Richards 😄😄 Lol I was thinking more Glen Metropolit myself.....very good resume, rather old now,but just left Bolzano in Italy ? Richards fits our criteria, he hasn't played this season so is already nice and injury prone! Yes I saw Metropolit, little on the old side but I'd take him for rest of the season.

New signing in and Williams out for the season? I always knew you were on the ball Rob ! 😉 Just need a signing then....probably be Joe Grimaldi's brother or something the way we bugger about !!!! What I feared tbh. If that's the case, I say just chuck a ton of money at someone like Mike Richards, saw somewhere a couple weeks back that he was looking at options in Europe.
