This is for discussion of signings at other clubs for the 2017/18 season that don't warrant their own thread.
For Panthers signings or major signings at other clubs, if a thread doesn't already exist, please create one. Please use sensible discretion for what a major signing is.

Shall we include retirees in here as well?
Matt Keith and Mike Forney both announce their retirements.

I have a tweet of a screenshot of a Facebook post he has done. I will attempt to upload it later on! Apparently a phone won't allow this to happen!

That was because he had a defence in front of him who knew what he's like and that they had to clear his rebounds.

From what I see of him, I wouldn't want him at the NIC. But he has won a league title over here, and their fans always seem very happy with him too.

Held the record for shutouts and has played in higher leagues than this throughout his career whilst posting 91-92% nearly every season. Quality trampoline our Moose. I suppose at least he can stay fit.....

I am always amazed by his numbers as it does feel like he gives up alot of really big rebounds.

If goalie stats are counted by the same guy that does the points, always adding an assist to the point totals

If you're happy with the re-signing, then great! But I bet this will have your fan base split Mozzy.. You are a big club, I can't help but think you could do better, or at least try and do better.

Despite his stats I wouldn't want Moose in Panthers net. Too many rebounds and too many times he seems to be left scrambling around out of position.
There are lots of pictures of goals conceded where he is flat out on the ice somewhere he shouldn't be.

He's an 'okay' netminder, but some of the positions he gets himself in are just crazy - he's like the David James of ice hockey.

When I've watched him in Sheffield as a neutral I've seen him be Stella and steal games for them. On his day he's very good.. but he's also has bad days

He had a poor start last season but just got better and better. You can't argue with his numbers. He's not a highlight reel glove save kind of goalie, but he stops the pucks.

I'm not so sure Bob, stats don't tell the whole story, especially where a net minder is concerned. If we do that then technically Davis Parley should have been a solid minder, but he wasn't. You need to factor in the quality of shots and the quality of the defense in front of him. Mustukovs is a gambler, a goal tender of extremes where he can look brilliant one minute, and dreadful the next.

Davis Parley also wasn't helped by the fact fact when he was here it was the height of sexy Neilson hockey. All attack and little to no defence. The amount of 1 on 1s he was left to face thanks to the defence going AWOL was unreal. I tend to agree on Mustukovs he's very good on occasion but is prone to bad ones a lot like Danny Lorenz was. At least he stays fit though.....

He's one of the top goalies in this league. His double toe save in the playoff game in Sheffield was what that comeback was built on. And yes, he's stole plenty of games for us this year (just ask Belfast) and the time he was here before. He get's over the top criticism from people that see him 4 or 5 times a year imo

There was a much bigger incident in the game than that. Two actually.
