Give the arena a call 0843 373 3000 I've just asked my daughter who works there and she's not sure whether you will be able to change these as you have booked online. But you never know until you try. What have you bought anyway? adults or a mixture. Thanks. It had to happen on a day when some big event tickets go on sale After waiting 15 minutes on the phone, the chap I spoke to spoke to his supervisor. They have reserved me seats for the Fife game but have to get approval from the Panthers. They are busy today so I have to wait all day on them to speak to the Panthers and then get back to me, a day of worry. It's my daughters first away weekend, I hope I haven't cocked it up for her It was 2 x adult and 1 x child tickets I had booked.

Just a quick question.
I'm coming down for the game this weekend so thought I'd book my tickets online. I stupidly however booked tickets for the Braehead game by mistake. Please tell me the arena will allow me to move this booking to the Flyers game on the Sunday?

Quite right Shaggy, anybody who can count will know it's drivel. If i remember correctly,it was Krestanovich who gassed Chamont and Campbell, then Tuma went up there and got hurt........hardly Neil Blacks fault that Zemlak's then coach left himself short of imports ! According to Chaumont, it wasn't Krestanovich that released him.

Harlan, Who's the guy that did all the streaming on his phone last time? Made a really good job and I wondered if he did anything tonight? Sadly, he was working so he wasn't there. I'll pass on his legendary status though ;D

6-0 Panthers. We're icing 8 imports, 2 of which bring nothing offensively.

Braehead? They seem to like spending all their budget up front!

Plus they sometimes don't open the upper tiers until nearer the day of the game. I went on this morning to see about tickets for the Fife game and it looked like the entire upper tier was sold out. When we went to the Box Office, it turned out the opened the top tier at 2.30pm that afternoon.
So you may get tickets further back nearer game day.

So is jade binned then ? I thought he'd signed but a no show or did I miss something He was having visa issues but has arrived, he was playing last weekend. Clan were running 9 imports so this new NHLer is a addition. The NHL'er brings them up to 11. So unless they run with spare or gas someone, they won't be strengthening their D.

You've been here a long time and I thought you would be able to see how it affects the rest of the league. Braehead are the prototype of this league's future. If they do well it proves to people that new franchises can work and that this league may have a viable future. If they fail then the league becomes more of a laughing stock than before. For one, I wish them the world of success and hope they can build some strong rivalries with their neighbours. We can't go on with just 4 strong clubs, the ISL showed us that. So in short, that's why i feel Panthers fans should care. But Braehead have been formed in an area with hockey heritage. Let's wait until a new franchise is setup in an area where hockey has no or very little history. Fife, Dundee and Edinburgh have rivalries with each other, partly historical, but also because we compete with each other. Braehead are on another level budget-wise so we won't be able to compete with their rosters consistently, so the fans will never see them as a rival like they do the other Scottish teams.

It's all about depth of scoring. He's a top line centre at Dundee and expected to rack up the points, less so with the Panthers as you guys have 3 scoring lines.

I'm sure I read on the Steelers forum a while ago that the arena weren't prepared to replace it and that if the Steelers wanted it replaced, they'd have to stump up the £100k+ to do the job.

Reading that, they are both heading to Germany. They were both trying to get a gig together in the EIHL but couldn't.

Seems a bit off to charge full prices, especially when half the teams not there. It was £36 for the whole weekend to watch 4 games in the Scottish Autumn Cup, sure you had to put up with Dundee and Edinburgh for that, but hey, you have to take the rough with the smooth ;D

"Looking at all the teams rosters" - Is the thread title mis-leading or is it the typical sheltered view of hockey fans in this area? I came in expecting a lively debate about how all the teams in the league were shaping up, all I see is some willy-waving between Panthers and Steelers fans. Well, if you want some discussion about other teams' rosters - why not start one yourself? Or are you in the same boat as the rest of us, and have only limited knowledge about some teams? Can't expect much of a proper discussion about some players/teams/histories when we're less familiar with them. Care to start us off? It's not what I wanted but what I expected reading the thread title. If the thread was called "Looking at the southern teams rosters" or , "Looking at the rosters of the teams in our conference", etc, etc then it's clear what to expect.
