Here we go again with a newer format. Essentially longer Challenge Cup, return of a cross over or conference system and boring season to come because of no initiative.

I will be resting in my sick bed (sofa) tonight. Can’t raise myself to do the stats tonight I’m afraid. 9-2 Buzzer please.

Poor second, never the less. Our lack of skill and observation showing. Too slow. Opportunities missed. All adds up. Need to muster the effort.

Would the club have regular meetings with the players AND explain/refer to the upcoming deadlines etc….for any reason needed? You’d hope so and the players have a word before such deadline.

Considered subscribing to watch tonight, but you can only watch on a mobile device, not a TV. This sport seriously needs to sort itself out. If people are willing to pay, give them a proper streaming service. I’m not paying money to watch on my phone with the puck the size of a dot. I want to watch properly on a big telly. Have to stick to Twitter updates instead. Hoping we can get the win tonight. It’s massive if we are to stand a chance of climbing into those play off places. I’m on the TV watching. £12.50 but first period done. A few mistakes easily sorted but we are doing ok. Take chances and we will win. Need to open up a gap.

Just got home from work. Nice reading of a result and not even given a point away. Only downside is that Glasgow bounced back for two points as well.

Like 'float' said. Could be just the four points between us and the play off spots by tonight.

Michaud coming up with the points lately, so a game winning one will do this time.
But with Glasgow winning last night (Boo!) I'll take 2 points beating the team tomorrow in Fife and catching these two above us.

QUESTION about parking at Sheffield.
Got two tickets to Sheffield on 13th March for the Cup final versus Guildford. Apart from getting the wrong block (120) instead of (119) to sit with the Guildford fans the parking seems full as Ticketmaster's LOW availability is NONE when you go into it. Go figure.
Any help please as regards parking for me? Parkopedia website suggests places when you enter where you are going. Hence says how long walking to event from said car park but the info is useless all the time. Says for example, 2 hours free but I ring car parks up and they don't know anything about the car parks, which is pointless. eg) Centertainment has 2 hours free so I presume that you can pay for the extra hours as two hours is not sufficient. But the bloke goes from 'I don't know' to 'probably' I read from messages left that say they have ben given tickets after paying etc...
When I ring iceSheffield about their 2 hours free and paying for more, the answer is 'You can't park less you are at an event there with them. Which bodes the question why Parkopedia says 21 minutes walk to the Arena to attend an event there?

This is more of a moan because I believe CUP final ticket sales is just geared up to the two participating sides fans only . Even at this stage detail as to how 'left over seats' could be bought.* Information has gone up about ticket sales for the CUP final in Sheffield for Steelers v Flames but is lacking detail for the neutral fan who may be interested to attend. Yes, the whole 9,000 arena may be sold out but what if not? What if a neutral may want to sit with the Guildford mob? So making obvious enquiry now is advantageous to getting a seat if you can, however no one is contactable to ask and in the end proves why people should not bother again and then Elite may wonder at some point why games are not filing places. Are they doing everything possible and being approachable? Sheffield helped me by saying keep an eye on ticketmaster though it just says availability is low and is a reason I'm looking out for a seat now......(what is their concession policy? I want to know but can't call them and find out) The Spectrum had no idea how I might contact flames till I pushed them on getting something. When I did get a response from Guildford seems 'it's always done like this'....so in the end why should I even bother, and thus a possible future new fan may have been lost - if it were a member of the general public why come back again? Thereby you'd then have an empty seat with someone who wanted to have it. www.eliteleague.co.uk/article/3693-challenge-cup-final-ticketsHow about. 'For any neutral fan wanting a ticket after participating club fans have purchased......tickets will be made available etc...*

The fact that Fife won also does not matter. We are chasing the points total of 8th place. Wondering what might have been said at 0-2 to Coventry. Let’s move on now.
