Considering the last time you played Odense the score was 5-4 it seems like a better performance but the Kazakhs and Italians will be a step up in quality.

Well if Finner isn't getting sacked for the Clan's poor start then I can't see why Corey would get sacked.
Besides, IF you got through to the Super Final and won it then you'll be in the CHL next season.

He's also played in the league albeit over a decade a go.

Anyone able to explain why Sheffield got moved groups?
Something to do with Olympic Qualification was what I made out, skipped the technical stuff.

If the Clan are still in the tie after the first leg then I think we'll be in Nottingham. We are the in form team in the league on a 7 game win streak.
Then again that doesn't count for much in a Play Off situation.

Joey has spent the last 7 years playing in the German lower leagues, 0.50 PPG in DEL2 so far this season.

Yeah it's just to keep fitness up, Mike Will, Chris Frank and Scott Pitt have played there during their time with the Clan.

From a neutral POV I felt they should have added a PP timer, after seeing the PS coverage I'd say they were both even in terms of poor picture quality.
I was skipping the period breaks to keep an eye on the Tennis so couldn't comment on that. It was always likely to be a Steelers love-in despite them not being in the final.

Unless of course you want a hockey fix when your team is playing away from home.

Well the way Gareth Chalmers was talking in his interview after the Fife game then it looks like Finner will have to win the Conference to save his job.
Personally I'd change the coach, you might think that's harsh and our fans saying this team was signed for CHL, not to mention our current injury crisis and off ice issues but there can be no excuses for the way things have gone, only a while ago were we still in the hunt for the League and had games in hand, fast forward to now and it has changed. So yeah if Finner doesn't win then maybe we should get a new coach.

Used to love watching that show, Dani Behr was a good presenter.
"I award the City of Nottingham 50 credits!"
Would love it to return, get more Cities involved, sure the Hockey fans would love it.

Too many governing bodies in this country, there should be a proper revamp, all united under one banner.

Think I'll go drink a can of Choke...err, I mean Coke, yeah that's what I meant Coke.
Last season we really did bottle it despite what some of our fans might think.

Now Cowley is getting involved, I hope we don't get Coventry in the playoffs, it'd be a powderkeg moment.

Holt is right in what he said, you don't get rid of a high point scoring player for no reason but something serious must have went on for the higher-ups to want him out. Bruton hasn't really said much in his response and I wouldn't really have expected him to.
As for the other guy Cownie, what was he like in Nottingham?

If their club side was anything to go by then we should be easy winners against Serbia, Netherlands are a decent team, Italy game is winnable, with it being the last game it should be a good game. Shame that Haywood has had to drop out.

Don't have much faith in us playing at the NIC, struggled over the years. It should be interesting to see how it goes. If our goalie can do his job then we might have a chance.
