You are certainly entitled to your opinion even if you are wrong.I really like his game. The fact you expected him to be in top 5 in the league speaks to your lack of knowledge of the leagues he has played in compared to the EIHL. The Asian league is not exactly the AHL. Good player! Neither is the EIHL. When he's also produced more points in Denmark, Germany, and the ECHL shows your the one whose knowledge is lacking. Besides i never said he wasn't a good player. He battles hard and gets in the dirty areas but should be scoring more goals and getting more assists. So don't tell me my knowledge is lacking when you can't even spell his name

Spang plays defence. You go on a public forum and rip on guys, but yet don't even know what position they play....seriously ? That's what he means, he looks like a guy playing defence who wants to play wing. Don't personally agree with that, actually think Spang has had a little of the Iron Bryans this year and I've warmed to him somewhat, quite solid. Also cut out on the dives, to his credit. Delgado has been excellent He's been OK, he works hard, but we need more goals from somewhere and, based on his CV, he was one we hoped to provide them. As a team we're still in negative goal difference in the league. Not much point discussing ins and outs until we know who's going to coach, unless we want Gary making signings? Gary may handle contract negotiations with current players he wants to return and let the new coach hire the rest. May depend on when the gets the new guy in and who it is

Delgado has been excellent DERLAGO has massively underachieved this season. He's scored well over a PPG wherever he's played throughout his career and isn't even close to that mark this season. When the season began i fully expected him to be top 5 leading scorers in the league at the end if not THE top.

My last game of the season, made a bit more enjoyable due to the OT winner. Don’t think it was a bad game; the 3-0 win against Dundee was less appealing. Wonder who’ll be back player wise. Garnett will as he’s on a uni deal. The only ones I think would be a possibility are:- Galbratih Sauve Perlini Mosey Gagnon Billingsley Brown Pither

Will never happen and nothing to do with GM. Decent coaches are too sort after. When was the last time a bench coach and decent one came over without any eihl connections? It was that Chuck Weber bloke Pidge, who won the play offs on the back of Brian Stewart,Ryan Omarra a fairly average Coventry team. But were totally crap in the league. How is that any different from Corey. The problem with bringing a North American whose new to the league is that they won’t have the mindset of the league being the big competition yet that is what panthers have always been missing

I think if you take away this season it would look like a stud signing. Over a PPG last season in NLB which is a good standard and a couple of points for Davos in NLA playoffs plus he's been well over a PPG for most teams he's played. Its where he's played this season which puts a dampener on his CV but he's has a disrupted and late start to the season with the family illness. If he plays to the kind of level he was at last season it should be a quality signing. Although it doesn't really matter all that much now anyway But look at the leagues he’s played in. Italy,Denmark,France and even the ECHL are nothing to write home about. We have consistently beaten teams from all those Euro leagues If he was a point a game in the AHL,DEL,Czech etc then you might have a point. But if he had a point per game in those leagues he wouldn't give the EIHL a seconds thought. The NLB i still a good standard and the other leagues he's played in are pretty much on par with EIHL. Despite how much Panthers could spend no way could we compete with top DEL, Czech teams etc for top end scorers

exactly, he’s been the top scorer on most teams he’s played on, if he’d been signed earlier there would have been a real buzz about the place Nowhere near a buzz signing. If we had signed this guy in the summer,it would have been viewed as a 2nd line signing at best. To change anything in this years team we needed two stud quality signings and fishing around in the French second tier isn't going to find you that. I think if you take away this season it would look like a stud signing. A team that promised so much early on is just crashing and burning now. Things at this club are so stale

Absolutely terrible. The first time i've actually left a game early. Something i never do. Someone posted that we had effort but were just crap. I thought that was one of the most can't be arsed performances i think i've ever seen. What happened to the team that never knew when it was beat from Oct-Nov even if they weren't playing well

Well Belfast have gone on to lose 8-0 against squealers conceding 3 SH goals in the process. Wow!!! Yep Think the Devils just won the league tonight. Well its their double header v giants next weekend so giants need to do the double on them next weekend to stay in it

I don’t think there will be a replacement. When we released Shalla the first thing they said they were looking to bring someone else in on the OS. No such mention of a new player when we announced Brisebois departure CN in last nights programme “we’re looking at the options to bring guys in to help us in that area (offense) and we’re looking at options to help us defend better as well” so it seems to suggest he is looking at replacing him. Hope so. Our defence will be too weak without a replacement

Shame to see him go, quite liked him as a player. Family first and all that though. I can't see us signing a replacement, as much as I'd like us to. Transfer window shuts in the next couple weeks too. I don’t think there will be a replacement. When we released Shalla the first thing they said they were looking to bring someone else in on the OS. Get the ball rolling then... Well the first thing that would need to be done is define the characteristics that we wish to vote against that defines a player.. Defenceman and forward. yeh I could do this myself but it really should be the result of a group input otherwise some level of bias might creep in. Get real. You’re trying to sell an idea that clearly no one is interested in and you’re expecting everyone else to do the leg work. Think you should let this idea go as it has no value whatsoever

I thought this was about signing Luke Pither. The fanbase has been crying out for a new signing for months and when it happens everyone is just chatting about players from yesteryear.

What’s the betting it’s Mike Embach released from Clan this morning. Now we've got Pither i would actually take Embach as an extra skater. Didn't work out at Clan but his previous stats show he's got ability

Still nothing to get carried away with yet. 6 goals scored on the back up, wonder if we still would have won with Miika playing. Still a good win though

Hardly seemed to play any dump and chase either and all the powerless were good. Even on the ones we didn't score we looked dangerous

Where have these lot been. Can’t remember the last time I saw Panthers play with so much confidence. Have to keep the pressure on for the rest of the game and not repeat the mistake of sitting back and trying to defend the lead

Here are some stats as of 14 January: Streaks: Bussières has gone 16 games without scoring. Farmer has gone 12 games without scoring. Spang has gone 20 games without scoring. Perlini has scored 2 goals in his last 16 games. Phillips has scored 3 goals in his last 23 games. Mokshantsev has scored 2 goals in his last 20 games. Last 19 games (League and CC combined): W 6 L 13 (RW 5, OTL 2, SOL 1), GF 46 GA 64 PP 12/75 (16.00%), PK 18/89 (79.78%) Shot conversion percentage: 46/607 = 7.58% Last 15 games (League and CC combined): W 4 L 11 (RW 3, OTL 1, SOL 1), GF 32 GA 53 PP 8/66 (12.12%), PK 17/75 (77.33%) Shot conversion percentage: 32/487 = 6.57% Last 16 League games: W 5 L 11 (RW 4, OTL 2, SOL 1), GF 36 GA 55 Points: 13 out of a possible 32 PP 8/60 (13.33%), PK 18/89 (79.22%) Shot conversion percentage: 36/487 = 7.39% Last 13 League games: W 3 L 10 (RW 2, OTL 1, SOL 1), GF 25 GA 49 Points: 8 out of a possible 26 PP 6/54 (11.11%), PK 17/77 (77.82%) Shot conversion percentage: 25/393 = 6.36% League figures for season to date: PP 23/125 (18.40% - ranked 8th), PK 27/138 (80.43% - ranked 5th) Shot conversion percentage: 98/1119 (8.8% - ranked 11th) CC figures for season to date: PP 4/28 (14.29% - ranked 9th), PK 4/23 (82.61% - ranked 6th) Shot conversion percentage: 30/308 (9.7% - ranked 9th) Our PP, never good, is badly on the slide; the PK is just about holding up, though nothing special. Our shot conversion percentage is woeful and getting worse. The recent slump seemed to start when Mosey and Galbraith got injured. There was a temporary revival when these two returned and Shalla left ... now what?? The stat that sticks out there is shot conversion percentage. Ranked 11th out of 12!!!

Brock Wilson tonight on Twitter (replying to a photo showing how many fans traveled to Belfast) hits the nail on the head, again...! “Support like this even though you’re <ahem> the bed this season and one player comes over to thank fans... Absolutely disgusted! 🤬 #SomeClass #NoExcuse” And follows it up... “As a former player I apologize to the fans for this absolute lack of respect by the players.. I would have told them to get their asses back out onto that ice and suck it up. <Ahem> joke!” He's now just deleted that tweet

"We're not here to take part - we're here to take over. We want to win everything. We do not want second place, we want to compete for every trophy possible" Quote from Adam Keefe. Just shows the difference in attitude between the clubs/coaches
