Just a reminder not to park in Toys R Us on match nights in Cardiff. There have been cars stuck in there after the last two home matches because Toys R Us put up barriers and lock the car park before matches finish.
See you next week.

Is this game deffo in the BBT then or moved to the new place? I've heard from some it's in the new place, but then I think I remember reading something about the double homer v Steelers & Giants being the opening weekend.
My first experience of Panthers Travel though so I don't have to worry about parking. 2 PT coaches going plus I believe the Nottingham Legend are running a fun bus.

Will be a real shame if it's not at the new place as I believe they told pantheres travel the new one hence two coaches filling up, if the tickets hadn't been booked I'm sure some would be changing their minds. You'll have a goodtime on the PT brilliantly run

I'm driving down for this one. This game is defo in the BBT I've asked questions to a couple of Devils fans I know. Moving into the new rink has been put back a couple of weeks.

You'll have a goodtime on the PT brilliantly run The Devils had been saying in the press for some time (months) that the first home games in the new rink would be on 16 & 17 January but delays in finishing the rink have put this back a bit. The new opening date has not yet been announced (as far as I know) but there has been talk of 'the end of January'. I think we'll all believe the new rink is open when they let us in. With a bit of luck, Panthers will be taking part in the Devils' last home game in the Big Blue Tent.

Lots of Devil fans are commenting on the Inferno about whether it's wise to move into the new arena for what will be 5/6 games. I see both sides of their argument, BBT advantage vs increased revenue. Although, they've lost 3 of the last 6 I believe at the BBT, hope that bad run continues till next Saturday.

Good job that decision isn't for Panthers management to make......we would be in the new arena like a shot !

The news on injuries seems promising for this game, however.....
It worries me that the club states good progress on Wiikman, he won't be ready for Saturday but this can't be an excuse to go with Green for this game.

Apparently we are actively seeking goalie cover right now. I'd expect we have someone by the weekend

You know exactly what will happen though Pidge.
We will eventually sign a goalie and he will be driven straight to Cardiff from Heathrow. Or if we are very very lucky,he might even be here on Friday !

Give the travel club a call 07547917968 they may have travel only as all the tickets have been booked now. suggest you call cardiff aswell as one block for away has already sold out and they are selling the opposite side of the BBT block 15 I think.

Hoping for another 'season defining' win in the BBT. Tough ask if Dan is between the pipes.

I find myself being unusually helpful, this week. Here's a link to the ticket site. Currently showing three single seats available in the away block - block 1. The more the merrier. iceaccount.co.uk/events/tickets?events_id=827

Cardiff already had a ready made spare import dman who stepped in straight away as soon as Marsh got injured......Mark Smith.
They haven't been playing short of imports.....unlike Panthers !

He has which is a kind of poetic justice maybe? He may also have missed as many if not more games than Brad Moran did? However Devils can replace him with another import (as they carry a spare ) as he's out injured but they couldn't if he'd been banned.

Most of the blame for it should be put on Kelman though. I don't think any of this would have happened had the Devil's not appealed it becuase then there wouldn't have been the sense of injutice about the whole situation. Over and done with now though... Would love us to come away from here with another 7-3 victory but can't see it going that way again. Think it will go all the way to OT, depending on the netminder situation.
