Very pleased to have Lepine back. Was a big part of a very successful period for us. Think we won 7 of the 9 trophies available during his 3 seasons.

Good CV and decent age. Should do well and be an interesting player to watch.
It could be that we have the entire "right hand side" of the roster complete.
IMPORT IMPORT RHEAULT
IMPORT PERLINI KOVACS
FARMER IMPORT DOTY
IMPORT LACHO BETTERIDGE
IMPORT HUGHES
OLSEN LEE
IMPORT BILLINGSLEY

I could tell you all but there's so many I'd have to kill afterwards. Hi Simmsey.

Mosey is a good player, entertaining and hard working. I hope he is back.

Any chance Doty might play on the 4th line with Lacho and Betteridge? If he gets lobbed from a game on that line you could but Kelsall on if he's around as 13th forward.

I believe so, not heard it's changed anyway. 14 + 5 + 3 for 22 players I think, if you take your full amount of imports. Perlini, Lee, Lacho, Farmer and Gospel are all senior this year by my reckoning. Thanks Yotes so Betteridge, Tetlow and Kelsall presumably.

Would be a good signing for them, given O'Connor's departure. He's not at that level, but he's decent. Can't see us adding anymore senior Brits, aren't we up to our quota? (Assuming we'll go with all 14 imports of course.) Is it 14 imports from anywhere and 5 over 23 Brits for 2018/2019?

Would be happy with that. We could do with keeping all of them from last year and adding a forward to replace Clarke. I could see Hook to Clan with Russell and Peacock to Panthers. 3 years ago we should have signed Peacock, but if he's not making the gb squad I dont see him being of use to us going forward. Hook would be a different matter though. Yeah maybe we should have but Clarke has retired now and we do need another senior Brit. Peacock is a proven EIHL player. Would prefer Hook for a potential and the fact he counts as an U23 but wouldn't be disappointed if Peacock rolled up. Edit I'm sure there are other Brits who didnt make the GB squad who could do a good job for us, like Josh Batch.

What would people think about Lewis hook from mkl signing for us? Would be happy with that. We could do with keeping all of them from last year and adding a forward to replace Clarke. I could see Hook to Clan with Russell and Peacock to Panthers.

Will Panthers ever get away from playing Steelers 10 or12 time a season. it needs to change it getting boring listening to to same old "greatest rivalry in Europe" No chance. It's a massive money spinner for Smith and Black.

Belfast Braehead Dundee Fife Hull Manchester Nottingham Sheffield Cardiff Coventry Guildford Milton Keynes Looks a decent effort and i'm sure there would be issues with whichever way things get sorted. Main issues I can see with this set up is lots of flights for Dundee. Cardiff win the league by even more than usual and Belfast comfortable in 2nd.

Being suggested by Caps Banter Army (who does actually appear to be ITK during this debacle) the league are going to announce no team in Edinburgh. Hull rushed back up? New team? Conferences scrapped?

You’d imagine all the Brits would have been signed up before going off to play on the world stage. To wait would be at best silly... Coach offers/extends deals, he isn't on our shores yet. Agree on the imports. The Brits are a necessity with the set up of the league.

Nothing wrong with keeping your confidences. And there are plenty of people who know me that know i don’t deal in guff. I talk and say it how it is,it’s not my fault there is not much positive or so much to criticise around Panthers. You take the criticism to another level though - if Neilson won the league, playoffs, challenge cup and CHL you’d still moan Of course he wouldn’t. What a ridiculous argument.

The possible permutations and possibly playing against the worlds best just does my head in so for now I’ll just say brilliant effort on avoiding relegation.
