Unbelievable stupidity from the EIHL. At £115 and no concessions you know what to do folks, they need teaching a lesson !

Haha that's mad.. death , taxes and the EIHL scoring spectacular own goals!
£115 sheets most folks will be putting that towards keeping their houses warm!

Unbelievable stupidity from the EIHL. At £115 and no concessions you know what to do folks, they need teaching a lesson ! I was just flabbergasted when I saw £115, but no concessions either? That's just unbelievably poor. I appreciate they've got to recoup some losses, but given a huge cost of living squeeze currently hitting and likely to get worse before it gets better, it's a kick in the face for fans.

A family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) was £280 + £3.60 booking fee for the planned 2020 POFW.
This year it would be £440 + £20 booking fee, more than a 60% increase!
Even just Adult prices are up more than 30%, £87.20 vs £115.

It’s the short notice given, two days to get your money ready some people aren’t even paid till the beginning of the month. Takes the pee out of having a season ticket with no pre sales to any season ticket holders.

Oh dear, to add insult to injury Steelers fans and Devils fans have to fork out another £5.00 per ticket (so £120 in total per ticket) when buying their tickets through the club or supporters club.

Well, I won't be going. The EIHL have not thought this through.

It's very rare, even with the EIHL to see something with all fans around the league 100% united. I've not seen 1 comment simply even accepting of this.
I genuinely dont see the arena being half full if things stay as they are.
I know it's always been a point of debate on here, but no ST priority either. Yet another reason to not renew next year. Not that im sure I needed one.

Getting every last drop out the cow this year.
I wonder if the thinking was start at 100 and add their favourite number?

Sooo glad I booked to go away this weekend before they changed the dates. Been to every PO weekend since 2001, even if I wasn't away not a chance I would be going!

Well, I won't be going. The EIHL have not thought this through. They certainly havn’t factored in that Panthers are far from guaranteed to be there.

What an absolute joke those prices are, to not even put reduced prices in place for concessions is just pure greed and stupidity.
Myself and three others aren’t buying any tickets unless the prices come down. I hope others do the same.

The cost for me and my wife hotel bank holiday, fuel, tickets x 2 food and drink, 3games because no one gives a toss about the other farce, including the players, and it’s on the box is more expensive than our 2season ticket money, to watch our team for a whole season. First time in years EIHLshove it..

I do wonder if the arena has something to do with the price hike aswell. They are also trying to recoup lost revenue wouldn’t surprise me if the rate for the weekend has doubled. Online tickets only because they don’t have the staff in the box office anymore, plus who wants to queue outside if it’s freezing cold or raining.

Hate not going, but not going I will be. I will watch it on the box with my feet up, having beers at £2 per pint, good food and not slush, watching replays and knowing our 2022/23 season tickets x 2 are free to watch our team every week for a season. Think the words no brainer spring to mind.

I'm guessing that's why Panther Season Ticket Holders aren't getting first dibs, I'm sure they can't find a way to separate the Season Ticket Holders from the non season ticket holders online.

Also been told how this will cripple the EIHL if it fails ( which is what I said it needs to do - fail) , so all I can say is if they want half empty arena with a break even cost then so be it. I’d think this ‘family sport’ needs a full attendance to showcase Ice Hockey. If it is the end of EIHL then who’s to blame?
