If Neil Black is a minority member, who is the majority stakeholder? He's not a minority stakeholder. This is all available on the Companies House website, based on the most recently filed accounts, and assuming the operating companies for Panthers and Clan are still what we think they are, the setup currently looks like this: Nottingham PanthersOperating company: Aladdin Management LimitedDirectors: Neil Black, Freddie Black Company Secretary: Neil Black Shares: Total 283000, Held By: 25000 (9%) Steven Black, 233000 (82%) Sportscape Group, 25000 (9%) B Webber Holdings. Ultimate Parent Company: Sportscape Group LimitedDirectors: Neil Black Company Secretary: Judith Black Shares: Total 46644, Held By: 23322 (50%) Neil Black, 23322 (50%) Permanent Mutual Limited. For Braehead Clan, they're run by Clan Entertainment (directors Neil Black, Andrew McLaughlin), the company has a total of 1 share which is owned by Sportscape Group. So Black very much controls both ourselves and the Clan, via directorships of the companies and shareholdings. PML have voting rights at the Sportscape level, but no more so than Black.

A Duncan Paul Saville is registered as a PSC ("Person with Significant Control", a new Companies House requirement) of Sportscape, who in turn are the registered PSC for Aladdin. NB is also a PSC for Sportscape. Permanent Mutual Ltd are registered in Bermuda. Their 50% of shares in Sportscape has been held by various companies in Bermuda in the last few years. Mr Saville is what some would have you believe is the X-Files style, shadowy, "money man"... A quick google reveals that he is an investment banker and chartered accountant, who is a director of Somers Limited, an investment conglomerate whose shares are traded on the Bermudan Stock Exchange, with gross assets of $US368m. So, a businessman, in short. He owns 9.5m shares in Somers, and this holding alone is worth $US130m, give or take a million or two. I doubt he gives Panthers a second glance. I suspect he wouldn't be able to tell your powerplay from your cross checking.

Interesting stuff Bobness.
As a Harlequins supporter I know of Duncan Paul Saville, he brought the 'Quins back in 1996.

Whilst this may be true the promoters that use the Arena are not answerable to the public and, other than on discriminatory grounds, they are free to choose who can/can't attend their events. This said, being caught in the crossfire of this pathetic ban won't be good for the Arena's image. I've emailed the arena this morning to see if they are prepared to re open communication channels now that it has become apparent that Panthers were lying to them about the litigation. Unfortunately the Arena are not responding now. If I dint get a reply by tomorrow lunchtime I'll try a few phone calls.

Out of interest Rob, if everybody continues to ignore you and the ban just runs out will you return next season?
I suspect what they are doing now is just keeping quiet knowing the ban they have imposed will soon expire and afterwards the problem has just gone away.

This whole sorry saga has all but killed by passion for the club. Oh to be a newbie again. I don't know if i'll ever get it back. I wouldn't have thought so under the current management. So I guess like many others before me i'll just drift away and find other things to do. No problem for the club i'm sure. Much better to have a happy newbie in the seat. I've only kept on with it for so long because basically as daft as it sounds I feel that it has been unfair. I know that sounds childish but I can't abide bullies in any situation. At the end of the day it looks like sadly the fans have not united behind the Supporters Trust which is the only realistic way of getting anywhere so the club will carry on as they are, the longer term fans will continue to whinge on forums and social media and they will ultimately get the club that they collectively deserve. Sorry if that sounds bitter but I tried my best to make a difference and I suppose I am am bit bitter about how it's all played out.

To be honest, if I was in your situation, I’d never put anotehr penny back in Blacks coffers and if I wanted to see hockey, I’d probably go and watch the Steelers... are crazy as it sounds, at least you’d have the satisfaction every time they stuffed the Panthers, thinking of the pained look on Moran’s face. I’m pretty much done myself, season ticket holder but hardly been this year and haven’t been to a game since Jan, my next match will be the Play Offs and I couldn’t give a “$¥€ If we were there or not. I know it’s no skin off the Panthers nose as I paid for all the games back in May, when I bought my season ticket, but I certainly won’t renew and will see how things go over the summer. Very good chance I won’t be back at all next season to a single match, but if I do find my curiosity peaked we can probably count on one hand our visits to the NIC next seas0n.

Isn’t the arena owned by the council? Write to them as a council tax payer demanding that your issue be addressed. I’m surprised nobody on here has written under freedom of information to ask what rate Panthers pay for their rental of the arena etc. Since most years the arena seems to cost money rather than make it its a pertinent question.

Despite continued numerous attempts I've not managed to get any response from the club, the elite league, , the arena or the council.
I guess I'll just make my own subtle protest at POFW and keep the info regarding litigation in my back pocket in case I need it in the future.
At the end of the day the fans will have to decide why the club are / were so desperate to kill the Supporters Trust and what the motivations are for running our club.

Only one motivation ever, money and to stop anything that could ever get in the way of that.

The letter said it was for the remainder of this season and was from all Panthers events.
I'm going to POFW and outfit has been designed and delivered.
