Panthers to reward all season ticket holders with a "saving themselves for the playoffs" performance.

a narrow victory to either side me thinks, thats how it has gone before this season with these guys, not sure what we are capable of really, a long break after cardiff but will we be experimenting with the lines and tactics?
also feel wolfe is one of the top netties in the league which will further limit scoring.
we can win. so can they should make for a a nail biter of a game.

Panthers win 5-1. But if im totally honest i can see it been very close in the end and probably a phoenix win.
Wolfe "statiscally" is only ranked 6th (currently) in the league and holds a 91.2% SP and a 3.27 GAA. i know numbers dont make the player just stating thats all so "technically" on paper were posting a higher rating netminder (ranked 4th) who can hopefully keep the phoenix at bay aslong as the D decide to help out this time.

penalties again, Panthers taking the win
manchester taking a 2-0 lead after the first, panthers work hard and a goal in both 2nd and 3rd to tie it.

5-0? 5-1? Christ, you lot are optimistic. This is a side that's let in 7 and 4 in the last two and only scored 3?

Who can tell?
Panthers could win 4-0 and look fairly competant, or they could woefully capitualate and lose 0-4. I really don't know what to expect from the team anymore. One thing is certain though, we always seem to win the games that have less significance than the real 'crunch' ones.
Oh and by the way, it's spelt 'Phoenix'.

How can people say we will win by 3 or 4 goals?
We have struggled against them every time we have played them and current form is looking dire.... what the hell are those predictions based on? Unfounded optimism?
Im with Mark. Panthers play an entire brit game and save all the imports for Playoff hopes.

Yeah still no photography although signs in the arena say elite league rules say no cameras at all while in the programme it still says no flash photography but showsec are on a roll with making you stop taking pics if they see you!

I think we'll outscore them, but it'll be close. 5-3, 5-4? Something like that.

well as its going to be my last game off the season as I'm going back to haven soon after and that its against Manchester i am hoping for a win and a high scoring one as well but i cant see that happening. So I'm going to go for a 3 2 panthers win fingers crossed. Hope to see all my friends while I'm there as its last time ill be over till next season as I'm putting back on my dancing shoes and bucking up my singing voice and going back to be a funstar.
