Isn't a copy supposed to be given to the ref on game night, as well as sending one to eihl?

What do we learn from getting beat every match? It's not like our attacking players are getting much practice in and the d will be knackered by the time the league starts? K-wall will have a bad back from having to pick the puck out of his net!!! Give over!

4-0 end of first. Lots of effort by Panthers, beaten by 4 quality goals so far. The Swedes are fast and red hot.

As last night, it is likely we will be missing Mark Lee, Clarkie, Higgins and (of course) Podlesak again and Mosey moving to forward.
I will be pleased if we can keep the scoreline within 4 for this one.
As has been said on a previous thread we so far have not been very good on picking up the 2nd man when when the opposition comes at us. I think in these scenarios the D-man maybe has to ensure the pass is not on and leave Kwall to try and outsmart the man with the puck. I thought Werner was exceptional at this in 2012/13.

I thought we put in two pretty good periods there. KWall is looking hot for the domestic season.

Banned for 5 games at the start of the season following his actions in Europe last season. I would have put money on that happening. I'm flu=ed up and feeling rubbish this morning, but that made me laugh - cheers shorty!

And Panthers WIN 4-3 on penalties... Dan Green saved them all. Nice little video on FB of the penalties by Shelly. Do you have a link EMB?

On the OS, regarding the shirt launch they say ... "And then ALL the players will be available to meet fans, chat, have photos, and more at The Approach on Friar Lane in the evening" {Sept 10th}
I wonder if that includes Wild?

Goals by Boxill, S.Lee, LEWIS HOOK and Lawrence on PS Shots on goal (as per OS) Amiens -Panthers 28-34 ....................so is that 28 by Amiens on us and 34 by us on them or other way round (I always get this one mixed up) No Cohen, Clarke, Higgins and M.Lee but Lewis Hook and Ollie Betteridge dress. When did we pick up Lewis Hook? Anybody know what lines we went with last night?

I wasn't at the game to make first hand comment, but as well as keeping the penalty shooters at bay, i hear Green made some first class saves in that 3rd period. I don't know about the 2 goals he conceded though? From what i saw of him last season, he was a lot better and more confident than the previous season.
I'm thinking Corey may split todays game between kwall and Ratty. Then tomorrow could be Ratty/Green?

I think they separate out their season tickets for the arena and for ice sheffield, so could get messy from that perspective.
There's also a suggestion that their home game against panthers on 6/dec is also going to get bumped for a Kell Brook fight - though the arena still have the hockey game scheduled on the OS.

Well, i have to say i enjoyed that game. A bit sloppy in the 3rd, but a great effort. Some fantastic saves by Kwall and good goals by Stevie. Well done Panthers.

I have seen a lot of support outside of nottingham wishing panthers well in this competition ... most seeing it as being good for the league. Having said that, most expect us to lose all 6 games, but hopefully not embarrassingly. We will be there on Friday, and looking forward to it.

Good Moaning everybody. K Wall played 2 periods Greener played Today i would imagine Ratty will play 2 and Greener 1 again. That way they all get 2 periods each I was wondering same tbh, but now i think maybe today will be split between ratty and kwall
