Apologies if this has been covered elsewhere, but has Cody Wild arrived in the UK yet? If not is there any specific reason for his absence?

Nope not yet and injured training before the season started apparently.

On the OS, regarding the shirt launch they say ... "And then ALL the players will be available to meet fans, chat, have photos, and more at The Approach on Friar Lane in the evening" {Sept 10th}
I wonder if that includes Wild?

Nope not yet and injured training before the season started apparently. Paper cut off the visa form? Some of the others arrived hurt, but they've still arrived. Maybe this is part of his deal, he seems to be involved in some hockey camp in North America, but if so maybe mention it so he's not painted in quite such a bad light.

I agree Yotes, like you said others that had injuries still turned up so why don't he ?
Maybe his contract don't start until the Elite League starts so the team aren't paying for so many imports. Just a thought.

I said he wouldn't arrive until some of the short term players left, The first week he was 'injured' he ran a hockey school and posted on twitter every day, since people have been following him and presumably tweeting him its all gone very quiet. If he has been allowed to continue his business first then the club should have said. There hasn't been a single word about him or his 'injury' and like you have said above other injured players came in and have been receiving treatment here. Either the guy is coming or he's changed his mind.

My choice would be "Running Wild" by Airbourne.
No Airbourne gets played so it'd be something new.

Wild had a knee injury. That's why he was not here yet. If you read his tweets he doesn't seem to be the type to tweet about anything from his personal life. Could have run the camp and not skated, shots were never of him on the ice. Contracts can't just change after they were signed, not the clubs business to share information about his business. Just happy he is here now! I said he wouldn't arrive until some of the short term players left, The first week he was 'injured' he ran a hockey school and posted on twitter every day, since people have been following him and presumably tweeting him its all gone very quiet. Wild had a knee injury. That's why he was not here yet. Not that it's worth arguing now, but our season started on the 17th August this year, and all of them should've been in by then, preferably in the week leading up to it, even if they would've just been spending time with Poundall (as Mark Lee has). The only excuse for not being here is if the start date on his contract was different to accommodate his training camp thing.
