O'Connor to Dundee is a surprising one! Haven't seen that rumoured anywhere.

Link: Would be a massive blow to lose our most senior Brit. It would, however if we replaced him with someone of the calibre of say, Perlini (fingers and toes crossed) then it would be an upgrade imo. What you can't replace with Ollie though is his heart and passion for the Panthers. An interesting one for sure, he's just started a young family, would he want a move to a barren wasteland away from his extended family? Who knows. For me, it's all in the replacement if he does go to decide if its a loss or gain. Would happily want Ollie back though. Perlini also linked with Cardiff!

If the rumours are true and Cardiff are replacing Duggan and Waller with Betteridge and Perlini then that would be a massive upgrade for them and probably give them the strongest Brit pack in the league

A Brit pack of Bowns, Richardson, Davies, Perlini and Betteridge would cost a serious chunk of change.

Regards Ollie leaving, Shelly, who used to run the Legend, commented on one of the rumour posts saying that it was news to Ollie. So it sounds unlikely that he’s leaving

I guess after Stewart's signing the obvious question is... Will he bring McNulty?

Whilst not a rumour but along the lines of who Danny could bring with him.
I wouldn’t mind seeing Norrish come back, consistent improved his production, leadership qualities. I was disappointed when we lost him and kept Brassard.

I don’t understand the necessity for poring over players he’s managed previously over the Blaze. He will have a bigger budget now as he’s already eluded to so he’s fishing in a different pond. If we want to catch the big teams up then taking players from the Blaze isn’t going to get you there. Don’t understand the Clements rumour either. We already have Hazeldine and Tetlow and I certainly wouldn’t be dropping Hazeldine as long as he wants to stay and Panthers should be more than capable of keeping him unless he’s attracted attention from Europe

We should be doing all we can to prioritise his return. Or are we so inferior now that we’re no longer capable of holding on Brits that were even born in this city.

Tetlow is rumoured to be off to Glasgow.
For me, I’d love us to target both Joe and Archie Hazeldine on defence.

Still too raw for yet to be holding a regular slot. Won’t be too disappointed if Tetlow goes whether it’s for Clements or going 5 import D. Joe Hazeldine is one to build the Brit core around

Hazledine is the better of our 2 British D men, flames have lost their premier Brit DMan but also Clan will no doubt be looking to bolster their Brit core and Corey loves a British DMan to develop. Whilst we should do everything can to keep him & I hope I’m wrong I just feel we are going to be disappointed

When Joe Hazeldine went to play abroad at the start of this past season, he still had a year on his Manchester contract, Which they retained. Question is when he came back to us did we buy him out of that contract, If not I assume he will end up back there. Arent there also rumours of Zach Sullivan retiring or at least dropping down a league? If so Manchester will be needing a senior Brit too.

It's as simple as that. Any Brit in Joes situation would love to hang around i'm sure. The city he is from, the club he grew up supporting. Only trips abroad should take him away. Joe has already developed into a top Brit and is very unlucky to not be getting a GB call up. In a few years he'll likely be in the top 2 or 3 in the country. Pay him what he's worth and pay forward for what he will be. You want the best you have to pay for it. We could be talking about Hazeldine, Perlini or any other player. Pay them well & look after them they will come/stay.
