I know I won't happen, but it would be nice if we could do a number on these guys.
It would be great if the bounces go our way in front of both goals

Must say I’m really looking forward to this game. Hopefully we can play with the same energy/ intensity as recently and continue to finish hits, hopefully it could be a Panthers Steelers game of yesteryear with a bit of needle! They’ve been boring for too long!

After their 0-5 cup thrashing by the Devils it might not be a great time to be playing the Steelers.

They’ve been boring for too long! Only 8 single seats left in the bowl, so virtually a sellout, hopefully it’s a good atmosphere. I don’t think it will be a classic though. In the recent times we’ve played them at the NIC it’s never felt like we’ve gone for it, almost as though we’ve been too concerned about losing. Then Sheffield have played solid defensive games whilst taking their chances and that’s been enough for them to beat us. A stat I thought I’d look up today, the last we beat them in a LEAGUE game at the NIC was 13/10/18!!! A win would be very welcome!

He missed their cup semi final.

Steelers have lost a couple on the trot. Yes they will be wanting to turn things around and the Panthers could be the brunt of that but, the Steelers may just have that element of doubt creeping into their game. The team that has probably been the most consistent this year is suddenly showing a few signs of inconsistency. The Panthers put on two good performances against the Giants despite the scoreline, an if they can maintain that sort of effort or improve on it then personally I believe the Steelers are there for the taking.

Just had a look at the gamesheet, no Vallerand or Sointu for Sheffield, Brust starts in net.
Our lines have been tweaked slightly as well, be interesting to see how they do. Come on Panthers.

Looks like Hedberg is back in the line-up with Dingo tonight's scratch.

I was thinking that Barry Brust was some sort of urban legend. Hopefully, we don't make him look good like we do with many Sheffield N/M

He’s had some good games lately, but had a very rocky start which is dragging his stats down. He’s not flash, just gets in the way pretty well. Which is what you want in a goalie…? 😇

Oops 20 seconds and 0-1 down. Nice if Panthers were to tweet some updates.... In other news, sounds like Tousi had a fight AND a win? Will wait to see the video on that.

Panthers get 2 back. One from Welsh 90 seconds after Steelers goal, not sure about the second yet.
EDIT: Scored by Boivin at 18:28, assisted Thow.

3-3 seems to show we are fighting for it. Pity about the PP goals.

Just seen the score.. 3-7 final.. ouch! You've said it - obviously like myself not there. All too predictable, but a sell out and a good cut for NB and the Bahamas mafia

Two great periods follows by a third period collapse. Real pity as it was an entertaining game of hockey.
However, just my opinion but I think Aaron Thow is the worst import defenceman to play for Panthers since Mike Berube. He’s bloody awful
