In a fire, you wouldn't rely on an exact count as there would be too much uncertainty. Especially when you consider people wandering off from the evacuation points, you just cannot get a reliable count of people leaving a building. You'd instead count the building as cleared based on all areas being checked. What if there was a bomb ! Never mind the fire or a bomb.... Dinosaur rampage, now that would be a nightmare to deal with. Failing that a meteor shower, absolute swine's those. Or how about a zombie outbreak? You better hope that count system works then eh?

Zombie outbreak? Aren't the Steelers due back in our arena on the 13th?! That's not much prep time! 😳

Oooh I dunno about meteor showers Jord that’s probably stretching it a bit, but there’s certainly plenty of zombie like fans in that arena already ! Lol 🤣🤣

You think? Yeah, counting the ST's whether they actually turn up or not feels dishonest to be frank if that's what they're actually doing. Not too mention God help us if there's ever a scenario when they need to be able say accurately how many people are in the building (if as some have suggested STs aren't always getting scanned either) I believe in other sports they count ST holders who don’t attend - though I maybe wrong? In the NHL the count ST holders as part of the attendance whether they are there or not. In Detroit we went years and years having complete sell outs of 22,000 but every game there was empty seats.

4 different goal situations for Panthers. a 5 on 5 goal, a 4 on 4, a 3 on 3 and a 5 on 4 PPG. Not often you see that. A shorty would've made the set?

I have no issue with "tickets sold" being reported rather than "people physically through the door, on the night". Both are "right". It's a bit like the decision which of a pair of sandwiches to eat first, it really doesn't matter that much.

More pretty average highlights, they don't even show the build up to Ollie's wonder goal. The league showed more of it on their website... Tousignant was lucky to not get a penalty for deliberately removing Kankaanperra's helmet, which led to the retaliation and a Dundee penalty, which Tousignant scored on... The two of them had quite a game, by the looks of it.

The two of them had quite a game, by the looks of it. I sit directly behind the away bench. Tousignant really wound up the Stars team and played his 'agitator' role to perfection. He got under their skin, went to the net and scored an important goal. If he had a big, imposing body on his line with him he'd be even more effective, but I must say in his role he's really entertained me this season. A team full of robots is boring...(I'm not saying the rest are robotic), but I love the entertainment rink rats like Tousi brings, and love hating them when they come into our rink, thinking Connolly, Darryl Lloyd, Danny Stewart, Latulippe, to name but a few.

Of course, all "penalty taking bingo" opportunities were ruined by Joe Grimaldi a few years back, when he managed to get most of them all at once.
