Is that the Rheault who got the GWG tonight? (That, by the way, is a real fact - the previous statement was an opiniom). Think they gave it to Deutshe Shaggy.

Bulmer put it into the crease from out wide and Rheault was only player there to tap it/force it in. Only other person it could be given to was Bulmer. Somebody has made a mistake. Flashscores shows it as Deutshe, but the Panthers write up says Rheault.

As it probably was but you know what these statisticians are like.

The gamesheet on IIHF website has got it wrong as well, they’ve got a few of the assists wrong as well. Hopefully it gets corrected.

I agree with what you’re saying, but one player who seems to avoid criticism is Rheault, he’s no better than last season and he’s been the worst performing forward imo. He gets regular power-play time, he’s always parked in front of the net when he’s out, yet he’s produced very little. But we seemingly have to accept it because he’s going to Uni... Anyway, an interesting game today up in Glasgow where they take in the Squeelers. Hopefully the Clan can take a regulation win. Rheault Is crap. Fact. One of the worst imports in the EIHL

Really interesting weeke coming up:
Panthers vs Clan and Steelers and can make up some ground.
Steelers face Giants, Devils and us.
Cardiff face Steelers and Clan.
Giants have a week on the road, but arguably the kindest opposition, facing Steelers, Flyers and Stars.
The league could look drastically different this time next week with all the teams you'd expect to be up there playing multiple '4 pointers'.Panthers could be 2 points behind the Steelers with 4 games in hand, or we could be 12 points behind them. Big weekend for all the main players.

Clan have been hindered with injuries over this weekend with Fitzgerald having to get his skates on, hopefully that’s still the case on Friday.

No idea who’s going to win week to week!

Question mark against Devils discipline anyone ? I'll say it again. This Devils side is not a patch on their league title winning squads. Success is noe demanded and expected in South Wales. If they end the season trophy-less it could be "Taxi Time" for the Lord of Cardiff.

Kinda hoping Cardiff don't score any more, don't want Duba pulled.
Be nice to have him worn out as I don't believe that they will ice their back up tomorrow

Mardiff bounce back by thrashing those without power.

Mardiff bounce back by thrashing those without power. Not sure who deserves the 'mardy' reference at the moment... Steelers fans going into meltdown about the refs... yet interestingly, Cardiff took more penalties and Sheffield scored more PP goals. Hmmm...

You're right about discipline or lack of this season but l wouldn't say success is demanded and expected in Cardiff. Even if we bomb out for the rest of 2019/20 and win nothing Lord will only be off if he wants to go. The owners think too highly of him and to be fair he's been our most successful coach. Personally l think he's too soft on players who aren't earning their wages but who knows what goes on and is said behind closed doors.

Devils beat Clan 5-2 on the road. One for the geeks though, all 7 goals were powerplay markers.

Belfast's turn to have their teddy-bear toss ruined by being shut out 0-4 at home by They Who Squeal... although 2 of those goals were empty-netters, so perhaps not quite as bad for Belfast as it may appear. Still funny, though! And the right result for us from the weekend double-header between those two teams... they split the points, no extra point in OT for either.

The perfect weekend in Belfast for us. It’s a shame Glasgow couldn’t have beaten Cardiff and lost in Manchester, but maybe that’s just being greedy. Hopefully we see a solid home performance tomorrow.
