Panthers to win 6-2 with a chorus of "it's all your fault" and let's hope Tanaka gets just a little too big for his boots and he gets his bum handed to him on a plate

Gonna be a tight game. Blazes defence have really tightened up and the last 2 games have been ridiculously close. They had O'Marra out injured against Sheffield so hopefully his return is delayed until after Friday. Won't be a battering I don't think but we should get the 2 points here.

Really looking forward to this one already.
Usually decent games against the Blaze with a bit of an edge. We are playing some good, desperate hockey lately so hoping for another 2 points.
Hopefully every game for the rest of the season will be a big one as that would mean we are still chasing the title.

Considering we lost to you a couple of weeks ago, I don't think this'll be all that easy.

Hopefully get Betteridge in for this one. Disappointed he hasn't been in for the last few to be honest with DC sidelined.

Not promising but think we could have Tom Darnell refereeing this one! Saw his car parked near the arena.

I reckon we'll see Parent this weekend. Tonight is manageable I think but tomorrow away to Cardiff just got so much harder...

I reckon this is going to a relatively boring game tonight with Panthers and Blaze almost certainly both playing a defensive counter attacking style of hockey.
I also reckon it is one that panthers might/probably will lose. We are missing 2 key players + Higgins (but he has sort of been replaced) Not forgetting Clarke been out for the year.
Blaze while at the bottom end of the league in my opinion are a better team that there position says and with their new coach are definitely very structured and their league position is in part down to the conference structure as they can't buy a win in the Erdhart Conference (Only 4 Wins in 20 Attempts) where as they have 8 Wins in 13 Cross Conference games.
It also depends on Stewart the goaltender. When he is good he is very good, but he has a tendency to also let in a few soft ones and his style of play can lead to him being caught out of position and effectively leaving and open net.

Good win. Stewart funny as ever. Egener does himself no favours either, decent player when he sticks to hockey but too many bone head moments.
Would be awesome to get 2 more points tomorrow. Tough ask though....

Proper performance - very solid and Ducet was really flying for his goal. Ridiculous challenge from OMarra. Great work from Boxy for the second and all match.
