In fairness, would have to say decent commentary from DS too.

Watching it at normal speed from the first angle, it looked a harsh call. Having then seen the replay from a different angle, it didn't look such a bad call.

You have to give a lot of credit to Tom Darnell for making that call, many would have bottled it.

Definitely. This is why I classed it as an 'interesting' call. You would not expect another ref in our league to make that call.

Shows the benefit of having 2 referees, if it was just Hicks or Darnell they'd have been behind the play and called Farmer for the trip.

Other clubs seeing that clip should see the benefit in paying for the extra official.

Tremendous piece of refereeing. A very ballsy call in Sheffield with them on the break.
Shows that the reffing isn't quite as bad as some make out.
Some of the time, at least.
