Paperwork pending on only three players as far as I'm aware. One of which as mentioned is in infancy stages still.

So when would u expect Panthers to be full strength ? Next Saturday or against the Germans?

Was in NIC this morning picking up tickets when Dan Green came through with a guy carrying kit bag wouldn’t swear to it but pretty sure was Hurtebise

About the same time as Garnett put a tweet out saying his off season was over Alex Guptill put out out 'a packing his bags' tweet so I would guess he's cleared and about or is flying in as we speak (though i may have read too much into it.)
Even if we are to believe players were announced the same day as they signed there is no excuse (barring personal issues) that any of them to be missing that game on 1st September. Work application if I'm correct takes upto 3 weeks to get a decision. Even if you allowed an extra week for the players to get their documents back they should all be here no later than late August.
Kovacs & Henderson were signed early summer so it shouldn't be either of those two.
Work permits can be applied for upto 3 months before the date of the applicants employment is to commence...
If players were signed a long time before they were announced there's even less excuse for any player not to be here on time....

They could well all make Sep 1st. I am just aware that three are awaiting paperwork - Two of the three are final papers to travel & the other is at a very early stage. |

In the Guptil interview it was said Henderson arrives this week. Kovacs was one of the first to be announced so he should be here . So it's either Rissling , Biggs or Hurtubise then
Tbh they should be here by the weekend of 18/19th or at least I expect them to be as that will have been a good 3 weeks since the last import was signed
