Well the time they're showing is 6am, but thats unusual for Panthers.
Unless they're having a dig at Simms for his antics this week.

Hope it's another signing but they'd hype it more if it was. Fingers crossed though. Not particularly interested in the build up to fixture release. Just release the damn things already.

Definite signing news. Calum and the other social media helpers just confirmed it.
6pm it is.

What do we think then, forward or defenceman? Its a Defense man. This should be a tranistion guy who will help acore goals and rack up some points.

Wouldn’t be overly impressed. It would be very much a wait and see and I don’t think we can afford that.

No I think we need a proven stud D who will give us goals. i know that it’s not a great comparison because hotham has a lot more experience. But mcnally has a higher ppg average in the Echl than Andrew hotham.

McNally - Harvard Grad, under 100 AHL games, near ppg in the ECHL in 29 games, small amount of Allsvenskan experience.
Hockey's Future describes him as an offensively gifted defenceman, finds open teammates well, runs powerplays well and controls the tempo well. His coach in the ECHL wanted him to be a threat going forward and very solid going back, and he was exactly that by the sounds of it.
I think I'd be happy if we signed him. He sounds like a no-frills type player, just gets the job done and done to a good standard. If he wasn't good San Jose wouldn't have signed him to an entry level deal when they acquired his rights from Vancouver. He clearly had interest from Europe too and his ECHL coach mentioned how he had very good offers from Europe before he joined them, opting for the ECHL due to being able to play for his hometown.
Interesting signing if it is him. Should be solid and hopefully we see an ECHL esq production rate from him, if it is him.
