Just hope you can see the puck on Sheffield's ice. I tried counting them and I think there were 44 adverts on there. Might be better if they painted the puck white ! 🙄

Hit them hard especially armstrong send a clear message, they get close to even breathing on garnett take them to task. No doubt the refs will protect the Sheffield snowflakes

...judging by how little white ice you can see on their pad, they must be raking in a fortune... Lots of ads doesn't necessarily equate to raking it in. They've never been shy of covering their ice in all manner of ads yet have had loads of financial issues in the past and were still wobbling last season. As for attending Sheffield, not until the racist, sexist and homophobic loudmouth turd has become a thing of the past. As Sheffield ownership and fans seem quite happy to continue harbouring said racist, sexist homophobe I guess I'll not be attending any time soon.

Anyone know if Steelers will be putting a stream on for this game? Can't see anything on their page.

No doubt the refs will protect the Sheffield snowflakes Whilst I agree with what you say, I also hope Gospel starts this one. Proved to be more than capable & as it's CC. I think most had agreed the correct thing to do is to play Gospel in CC games. But again, Garnett or Gospel do exactly what you say.

Sheffield announcing some signings tomorrow morning at 6am! Not sure if it is injury cover or for the season. They certainly don't waste any time.

Even without injuries,I reckon they would have been making changes by mid October anyway. Thommo will soon be panicking. 😉

Assuming Garnett has a good game on Saturday I'd let him decide whether he wants to play Sunday or not.
I agree Gospel needs ice time but would prefer Garnett to stay hot so if that means Gospel has to wait a little longer then so be it. He'll definitely get his chance this season.

We play Guildford next weekend, I'd put Sam in for that. Don't expose him in Sheffield at their barn just yet. We need to get a good start domestically

100% agree, they're weak, we need to hurt them whilst they're down, don't let them off Very much this. Regardless of it being a CC game, if Panthers can go into Sheffield and destroy them so early in the season they'll panic. The larger fan base will only see an early (hopefully big) defeat against Panthers, despite it being just a CC game, and will start calling for heads, and 'Thommo' is far from stable when the pressure is on. That's of course if Panthers can get a win.

Riddled with injuries or not, I'd never ever write Steelers off. Always expect the unexpected in those games.

Sheffield are away to Manchester tonight and if The Storm are anything like last season, then they are likely to continue to carry on with what The Blaze started last week

Finnerty vs Thompson... is this a game of 'How Low Can You Go'?

For a supposedly injury-ravaged, short-handed team, Sheffield still managed to ice 19 outskaters tonight (we had 18) including a full set of 14 imports (we had 13). More bovine excrement coming out of the mouths of Them Up The M1?

More bovine excrement coming out of the mouths of Them Up The M1? My count makes 13 imports for Sheffield, same as us. Within their 19 outsketers that did have their young-guns - kirk, shudra and brown, and obviously we had Ollie. Fairly even-matched i'd say.
