I'd rather have a new jersey but i'm not crying about it. IceLocker are a business, they'll get more business selling them on a big home game day. They haven't had since April either. Teams have meetings over the summer with the suppliers, see what ideas are being suggested and what deals can be made. The deal with Warrior was only agreed upon in July, i assume so anyway as that's when CH Sport started telling other teams during their meetings that we'd binned them and gone with Warrior. From there, they've got to sort out the design and which type of jersey they want.. There's all sorts of different styles and fabric technology to be looked at. I'd assume, again, that the design was only finalised around the end of July, so they've had time to get the players' jerseys and socks done and even then they only arrived a week or so ago, player jersey obviously get prioritiesed and with IceLocker getting the additional 'try on' jerseys, i'd expect them and Panthers to have come to some sort of agreement that they should wait to see how many people Pre-Order the jerseys as over recent years they've often bought too few or had too many of certain sizes. It's likely IceLocker trying to preserve their expenditure until they're certain on how many jersey to order and have a solid idea of the excess jerseys they need to order with the Pre-Orders. So let me get this right.....you're blaming shortage of time ? Corey does the recruitment. Sarah sorts the paperwork side. Mr Black and others do the season ticket stuff. Nicola and Simon take care of sponsorship and schools. Michelle flits about doing bits n bobs. Callum does social media stuff. So.....what exactly has Gary Moran been doing all summer ! Nice insight but i didn't actually talk about Panthers. With the Warrior deal only being made in July, designs finalised a couple weeks later.. Warrior have only really had time to get the game jerseys sorted and shipped. Might as well reply to your post though about GM, he's the GM, if he did nothing he wouldn't have a job, and no team would require one. He oversee's everything, finalises everything whilst sorting sponsorships out himself and working with partners to create deals for the team and fans. He'll have been chairing a lot of meetings over the summer, organising events throughout the season.. Potential meet the players dates, release of the Year Book, sorting out any 'special' games such as Christmas, Charity etc.. I don't think i've ever seen GM in person when he hasn't looked either stressed or busy.

Like the look of all three shirts, far better than CH Sports (poor quality stitching). They do seem to be a better representation of gold, I have only seen the photos though.

Wait wait wait wait...
With us not having CH Jerseys this year, does this mean Mike Hicks doesn't love us anymore?!!?!?

The white one is horrible. The black and yellow are pretty poor too. The only reason the black one looks half decent is the fact the colours look better. The designs of all of them are very poor, especially if you look at the designs if they were to have no sponsors on them. The only thing I quite like is the Warrior Collar style.

Are the warrior jerseys the same material as CH or the style we use for play offs?

Why do they insist on using that vile "gold"?

Can't say I'm that fussed about any of them to be honest.

After a quick Google:
Football shirts including league champions last year are around £50 and I've heard people complain about that price.
Our rivals in hockey? Steelers between £50 - £60 and Devils £60. I can't find what Braehead fans pay for theirs because either their site is awful or it isn't talking to my phone properly.
Either way, how come we're paying at least a tenner more for our jerseys? Is there something I've missed here?
Genuine question, I'm not just pot stirring or mud slinging, but my funds are more limited than ever lately and effectively paying the gate costs four plus times over for the this seasons shirt suggests they haven't given lower earning fans a thought.
As someone pointed out: 15% rise is a kick in the teeth for some more than others.

Can't understand why the price has gone up either then because I think the quality is much lower. Much prefer the CH style material. oh and I actually do like the black but £70 is to expensive.

They are terrible... I can see why they didn't want to unveil them in the week! A big step down from the last few years and a big step up in price. Obviously designed by someone who couldn't care less (the black one has maybe had a couple of minutes thought about it to be fair).
I've quite liked warrior stuff in the past... Maybe they need the full shorts and socks to look OK, but right now, I'm not rushing to the arena to put my name down.

I quite like all three in terms of the style etc but I won't be buying any as I have the game worns of Wiikman & Madolora from last season. Besides, I'm not a fan of sublimated jerseys as previously mentioned.

Really liking the black jersey, it actually looks like it's got gold on it rather than yellow which is a positive, definitely buying one. I'll just have to wait to see which player to get on the back, saying that it will be a while before they all get here so Panthers are losing out for now

I think Waugh needs the next size up! From looking at the Ice Locker website, they only do upto 2XL, when in the past they've done upto 4XL.

Quite like the black one,but don't like the white or gold ones.
As for £70 though, that is extortionate, from within the garment industry I'm told they would be making plenty of profit even at £50 a shirt.

White one I'm not a fan hope that's used for cross conference away games so I don't have to see it much. Yellow one is decent, I like the black and white detailing on it so hope that's same conference away. Black one is smart like the clean simple design apart from the big yellow cuff on the sleeve. Always wanted a simple clean jersey, wish we didn't have to have sponsors plastered on them though.

Popped in earlier to have a look. IMO yellow is nicest, followed by white and the black is absolutely gopping.

£70.00 #yourehavinagiraffe
Won't be bothering with these, saying that it's been a while since I bought one and sold the bulk of the ones I had last season (someone got a bargain!).
Also, some people are going to be paying a fortune for the "game worn" ones 3 or 4 times through the season........ Each to their own (I do have a Panthers game worn from a few years ago) but I think I'd rather see if I can get a bargain from Meigray....... There are couple of players in the EL this year with some Leafs games under their belts so might go for them and try and get them signed when they come down with their various teams.

Having seen them in person the pictures actually make them look better than they do.
The quality is awful, £70 absolutely no chance.
