So according to the OS we've already sold around 3000 tickets for the game in Nottingham.... Including groups of school kids? Thats probably about right, last match we had 7 schools in + GMB + mental health. I don't think the attendances have improved that massively from last year with paying supporters its just the freebies have gone up, plus we know someone who plays for one of the arena teams & they give away tickets every week to mates.

Just about everyone we used to go with don't go anymore. It's an easy habit to break.

I'm not really interested in the we can sell more tickets than you aspect but it does concern me that there is a genuine lack of interest in this fixture from both sets of fans and I remember a time when neither team did giveaways either. The Steelers won't be giving away tickets for this one - can't afford to in that venue and supposedly they don't offer freebies for the arena any more, even to school groups. I'm not sure that is the case however and I think the downward trend in sales is worrying!

I'm not really interested in the we can sell more tickets than you aspect... That is weird, given that you first post on this forum since April 2015 was to make this comment. To be fair, I don't think either team have much heart for this fixture. Ice Sheffield will sell out but having talked to the NIC box office, the ticket sales for the 2nd leg are poor too. Plenty of availability in most blocks. Apparently not concerned about ticket sales, yet makes a comment about ticket sales...
