I think once Shultz is back with Bohmbach they will pick up where they left off and start stacking points. The D has been pretty decent all season, we've had a couple of bad games and conceded some soft goals but on a whole it's been good. We need to get Wiikman 100% so bring in a goalie until he is fit!! We need settled lines as well, I just wish he would run the same lines let the guys build the chemistry and your on to a winner. November and December had been very up and down hockey. I have confidence in the players that they will turn this around. Mid January onwards we'll get on a run and win the league and playoffs. Not fussed about the challenge cup that's a take it or leave it personally

Spot on FS, the D has been poor for some time now. Losing Waugh didn't help, showed how unbalanced the D set up actually was. Only Schmidt & Waugh are natural defensive D men imo.

The defence WAS quite good, but in the last 9 matches we have conceded 5 goals 7 times. Some of the posts concerning Green I think have been disrespectful. He only gets a go when we are on a bad run, with less experienced defenders in front of him. He is after all the reserve net minder, a hard job. He looked very jittery v Blaze, but he was also behind a jittery defence - he didn't have a good game. As has been pointed out he spills a puck and Blaze follow it in and score without being challenged. Stewart spills a puck (which he more often held on to) and their defence covers and clears. With our recent 1st period woes, shouldn't the priority have been to make sure Green coming in had decent cover in front of him? One name not mentioned in recent despatches is Werner. I feel he has been our best defender in the last few years and it is that type of player who has been glaringly missing. The D needs shoring up, although Corey was a bit unlucky when Theo Peckham pulled out. If we sign a new D man and someone has to sit out hard luck. Certainly we have have a really promising roster looking at the forwards when they are all fit, but perhaps it is an underperforming one. Corey has been very good at developing players. Lepine improved immensely from when he first arrived. However the likes of Lee, Lacho and Farmer, have at least plateaued and probably gone backwards, which is disappointing. Corey on the website has been defiant and hopefully as he says we are looking forward to a better 2016. Something has to change though and we are on a run which needs a lot of effort to reverse it.

To say we've had a couple of bad games is untrue, we have lost something like 9 out of 13 games, that's much more than a 'couple' of games!

Bottom line is we have been poor for some considerable time and apart from the usual empty platitudes nothing appears to have been done to arrest this alarming slide. The only thing the Panthers organisation are consistent at is delivering the same scenario every season.

Thank you.. Someone who sees outside the box.. Not saying Corey is perfect (even though he thinks he is..lol) but he reports in to those higher up the ladder. Those that have the final say on who's coming and going. Those that control the money and say where the money is going.... I see the Clan replaced Holt within a few days, NB has his priorities elsewhere this season and that's a fact. Oh and don't wish for Kwall to come in as cover cos it was them upstairs that got rid of him this year... Unless they have a change of heart. Just to put the record straight for those that don't know. Holt has been injured for the past couple of weeks and has been playing through the pain barrier while a replacement was sourced. Our GM Careth Chalmers used to be a big part of a player agency, and no doubt used some contacts to get us Fullerton so quickly. No conspiracy as usual I'm afraid. Yes and wiikman has been playing through the pain barrier since mid November with no goalie being sourced....

Good thank you, think your team will come good there is a lot of talent in it, anyway have a great 2016, and can we have Myers back please. Good to hear all is well Glynne. Sure you can have Myers, can we have your entire coaching team & owners in return? I think you'll win the league, I've been saying it for a few weeks now. My only request to you for 2016 is please don't overdo the gloating on here when it happens. We're a sensitive bunch, as you well know. No gloating in 2016, I like your team, they are the best team I have watched in Cardiff, like yourself I really like Lordo., he is a players coach, and as for our owners well we have waited a life time for these guys, if I was to sum them up in 3 words it would read A PURE JOY. New gaff should be ready end of this month, so that's another plus. Would love our team to win the league, it's been awhile, but there are still 5 teams in it, including you guys. Anyway hope you all enjoy the rest of this season and have a great new year.

Sometimes,it's hard to believe both Braehead and Panthers are owned by the same guy isn't it ! Breahead are still building the fan base. Panthers could send out any old shower and they would sell out on a Saturday night vs Sheffield. That's the difference.
