Who cares. We know we are severe underdogs. Noted the Coventry fan jumping on the band wagon! Their lack of achievements in recent years means that belittling ours is all they have to shout off about.

I have seen a lot of support outside of nottingham wishing panthers well in this competition ... most seeing it as being good for the league. Having said that, most expect us to lose all 6 games, but hopefully not embarrassingly. We will be there on Friday, and looking forward to it.

Looks like they have brought the curtains down for most blocks bar 4-6 & 14-16. Shame they have had to do it but at least if we get 3,500-4,000 it will seem packed. Hopefully will make it a much better atmosphere as well Interesting as I must be behind the curtain for Sunday as I'm on row u in block 7.....perhaps Fridays is selling less than Sunday? Would not want to buy a specific seat just to be moved on the afternoon.

This happened to me going to a steelers game and it was a pain in the bottom game night as they sorted the re-allocation.

I go on the site to purchase a specific for a reason. So would rather re-seat myself. After all, if I accept the situation and they don't contact me think I have a right to move where I want...assuming I don't sit on someone else's bought patch. Will try and secure a spot safely.

Just to let you know that today at work we have been offered up to 4 free tickets (two adults and two children) per staff member (and there are 9000 of us)for both the Friday and Sunday games. so hopefully there will be a big boost in people going. the problem as i see it for the poor uptake is that they are over the bank holiday weekend. i just cant justify cancelling what has been organised for sake of two games, i know others are in the same boat. the trouble i would get in if i did!! i think all the signings just for these games has confused things slightly as well so we will have a changed team in a month or so. i will try and sneak away for an update or two towards the end of the games if i am not missed. will go to the hamburg game though. but roll on the new season any way, cant wait.

cant do i am afraid. you need your Trust ID and an official email to present at the VIP desk, plus i think the NHS fraud dept might have something to say if anyone did. might be worth seeing what tickets have gone this time tomorrow though on the web.

I hope people take the tickets and use them.
A full arena would be great, even if a lot were freebies.

Guess this will be a double edged sword - maybe more crowd to make it look good for the cameras, and hopefully will add to the noise, but maybe not the best exhibit for newbies if Panthers play defensively and also lose by more than a couple? Dammed if you do, and all that....

Well this is one Blaze fan wishing you well and hopefully success in the Competition.
Tickets sound much better value than the full price we are being asked for our pre season games ..
Good luck

I don't think our attendances are anything to be worried about considering the photos coming out of some of the games last night

Nope, We will definitely look better than either of those.
3500 hard-core fans with the curtains down should look decent and we can make some real noise like the Challenge Cup final.

So, over 4000 in attendance for both matches. Seems like they are some of the bigger crowds in the competition so far. Well done to all those who made it, especially the away fans and those from other UK clubs.

Hamburg got ~ 5,500 for both of their games, which is ~3,000 below their average last season of 8,500. Djurgarden closed half of their arena to play Fribourg. I think Nottingham did very well selling as many tickets as they did.

After getting big attendances recently it of course seemed low in attendance but that figure we ended up with was not bad at all. Just that the gaps made it seem worse. At least one good vibe going to CHL chiefs from our entry.

Average attendance of 3,306 in the first 44 games, so Panthers nicely above that!
