I don't have a problem with everything the club does Shaggy, i will only post about something if im unhappy with it. If its all good theres no need for me to express opinion. Regarding the club listening to us fans, if more issues/complaints were raised with them, they would have to start changing how they operate. If its just a few disgruntled fans they won't listen. The trouble is, most of the complaints are made by a very small but very vocal minority - most of whom only ever seem to complain, nothing else. And anyone who challenges their view tends to get branded a "happy clapper" or "club apologist", regardless of whether that person has also criticised the club on other matters. Take this whole visas argument, for one. Apparently this is a dastardly plan by the Panthers to save a few hundred quid - after all, other teams such as Sheffield, Fife and Belfast have got all their players, so it must be the Panthers' fault, mustn't it? Except that teams like Cardiff, Hull, Braehead and Dundee have also had players delayed by visa issues. But it's little facts like that which get dismissed by this vocal minority because it doesn't fit their prejudices. Let's face it... if you look hard enough for some blame, you're going to see some - whether it truly exists or not. People will always prefer to believe something that suits their pre-existing agenda or prejudices over something that doesn't. It's human nature. Doesn't make it right. The Panthers are far from perfect, they make screw-ups, bad decisions, have bad attitudes, etc - just like everyone else (thee and me included). But just as they're not always right, they're not always wrong either. Oh hell, we're getting back to that whole middle ground point again... I know where your coming from Shaggy but always being in the middle ground does'nt get anything done.

Just a reminder that Panthers Hockey Live launches tonight on Twitter at @nphockeylive. Our twitter account is linked to our facebook page if you are following us on FB. Tweets should port directly to facebook.
You can get straight to our page by clicking on "@nphockeylive" text under the Asiago Logo on page one of this game thread. We aim to start tweeting from 6.45pm.
The team tonight will be myself doing the commentary with additional comments and Content from Andy Haywood and Ant Marie-Jeanne.
The major difference between us and the old TCW account is that @nphockeylive is a multi user account, therefore there is no obvious distinction between who is posting. To that end, Ant will sign his posts AMJ while Andy will sign his posts AH. Unsigned posts will be from me.
We are really looking forward to this new beginning and hope you will enjoy our efforts at coverage.
Thanks
Iain

Emb - it was Galivan. Coming from 3-0 down to win 6-3 is a good start.

Can someone detail for me who has dressed for Panthers tonight. All the Brits, Corey, Francis, Beckett, Galivan, Graham, Kowalski. Plus Norton, Ward, Ferriera, and 2 other young Brits. Can't remember there names. Sorry! Tuma plays tomorrow. No Ling, Benedict, Fox or Werner.

Good to see we settled down in the end, 1st period was pretty bad. Kowalski likes to score on Italians, who knew?

We can only get better with the other imports arriving next week. We missed Fox a lot. Not a bad game, I like the look of Weaver and Beckett.

I think Ferrera played from Peterborough (I could be wrong). First period seemed like strangers in the night, with Beckett caught with his pants down in possession and 2 Italian power play goals. Graham increasingly looked good and Galivan on the puck, both with good strikes. Becket is bedding down nicely into the sin bin. Presumably Asiago were short of imports and after the first period looked average.
I am still hopping mad at the billing as the Italian job, with the typical GM hype, to pay normal prices for a roster without 5 imports. At least Tuma should ice Sunday, but Fox and Benedict should have been there, having been resigned from last season. I usually fork out for the likes of Caps etc, which are not usually matches as good as the Shuff, Cov etc - Panthers have had my money for 2 days under false pretences, so I think I will hang on to my money and give the lesser matches a miss.

Felt like I had never been away - woman in block 16 after we were 3-0 down "complete waste of a season ticket ect, etc" - didn't hear a word from her when we went 4-3

A solid work out! Though Kowalski shouldnt have go MOM for me. Beckett needs to improve - he did get better as the game went on. Rated Galivan, Bruce did as expected. Francis will be loads better with his proper line. Weaver was solid, Corey scored a ripper, Leves worked his bum off! I was inpressed with Ward - if he can get on a line like Lacho did with Ryan and Bellamy, he'll come on so much!

Brits were all excellent and a superb debut for Weaves.
Kwall, Corey, Franny - Solid as you would expect.
Graham - Class. Great positioning, movement and stick handling.
Galivan - Good finish for the goal but otherwise anonymous.
Beckett - Woeful.

I think beckett grew into the game, yes he had bad first period. But other than for his first game he did well. Galivan was quiete anonymous but good goal. Graham, im suprised no one has mention his face offs he did very well... Brits done very well. Ill say it again I think we should sign up Luke Ferrara he was good. Weaver had a good debut too.

@nphockeylive ran up until the 5th goal. We then came upon an error message from Twitter saying that we had reached a limit on status updates for a day.
We were unaware there is such a limit and we are having a look into that. Managed to switch to the facebook page for the 3rd period and continued to update there.
The three young Brits were Luke Ferrara, Callum Bowley and Lewis Hook.

Outlaw if you create a Facebook page for PHL then connect this account to the twitter account they might come up when you post of Facebook. Sorry if that didn't sense lol. Another thing you could do is PHL2 on twitter and if you exceed the limit then switch to this account.
