A short hop up the motorway, spicy chips, and with any luck a good win with no dodgy referee decisions on non-goals... it's the Stingrays again.

Well as I'm now not popping out to the US to catch the two upcoming Chicago/Detroit games (flights back arrive Christmas morning, don't fancy that) I think I'll pop up to Hull again.
Depending on whether my wife and daughter want to go there might be the possibility of a lift if anyone needs it.

[quote And you can sit where you please up there. A few of us prefer to sit in the block just as you go through the doors so we can sit at the end panthers attack twice. [/quote]
Are you sure you can sit where you like? I know when we went for the cup matches there was no problem with seating in that A block but for League matches some of the Hull fans have season tickets in there. Although there was one particular woman from hull who took exception to the Panthers fans sitting all around her and she complained to the security staff only to be told that specific seats only applied to league. As you say Panthers shoot twice at that end which is a shame as the site lines at the away seating are very poor. A tough match with a narrow win for the Panthers, and Kalmikov to get his customary goal against us.

Also for anyone who may be interested the Chat-room facility is still available. You have to be logged into the forum to access it though.

No one has mentioned the weather! The forecast I've seen is for quite a bit of snow dumped on Hull between 4 and 8pm. The weather is worse up there at the moment though and with the freezing temperatures the journey back could be treacerous. I plan to go but from Retford in North Notts it's closer than the NIC! Be safe everyone that's going, be very careful coming back, take spades, blankets and food and water in the car in case we're stranded up there!! Just to reiterate, don't get lulled into a false sense of security if you're in Notts thinking of travelling to Hull and all the roads are clear and driveable. We've as usual missed all the bad weather, the north hasn't. Be careful out there!!

It dumped about 2-3 inches last night, the local roads are still packed ice, but the main roads are OK, you should have no problem getting to the arena as its more or less straight off the main A63
The car park might be a bit of a mare though as I would think the lines wount be visible, although it is a Council facility, so they should have gritted it

Slight change of plan regarding TCW Live. I can't make the game now as I have a problem with my car, however Iain is battling through the snow and will do it.

Jono, those annoying noises you hear when you are driving, I can give you a bit of advice to stop them, don't take Helen with you. ;D We should win this one, as Hull will have bus legs coming back from Cardiff last night.
