I remember a few years ago they did a launch at the Nottingham building society and presented a player, think he was a d man forgotten his name but don't recall him being a stand out? Jason Desantis

Steelers only had one guy over 22 goals last season. That's supprising with a relatively high scoring team Surprised me too actually. Allen with 25.

They will be. They’ll present them live If they are doing this, then surely they are players who Pacha and Paredes consider to be pivotal to the team. If they aren’t then I don’t understand why they’d want to create speculation and anticipation for fans whilst potentially putting pressure on those players You would think so. It would be a bit of an anti climax if it was another Henbrant. It may well be a marquee signing though as I don’t think we’ve announced anyone on a uni deal yet this summer

Jensen retired suddenly mid season as I recall. DeSantis left for Denmark mid season and only mentioned it to the club when it was all sorted.

The talk was (How true who knows) that DeSantis & his family had been mucked about in terms of accommodation compared to what he was promised or maybe what was in his contract.
Officially he was out injured - ankle I think, when his departure was announced

Don’t think we’ll be seeing Wideman, would be happy if he were to come in though!

Lunsjo meh numbers and looks to be another bottom 6 signing . Unfortunately that's the case for most of our forwards . At least we know for certain our third line is sorted. Hope plan a works there is no plan b at all apparently our new identity is cancelled skate fast and must be small. Can see us spending the season being bullied game in game out in our rink .

He's a career ECHL player, age 34 next, with very little experience of any other leagues, certainly your much talked about AHL. He looks pretty good yes, plenty of points, but "complete package"? I'd rather have the guy who made him look good last year, Sylvester.

Career ECHLers tend to do well in thi league going on previous years. Age is only a number if you look after yourself 😉

Some ECHL players do good here, some not (Josh Shalla anyone?) Be interesting to see what the Clan do this year Cody Sylvester looks very handy!

Players have come from far higher leagues than the ECHL and been gone by Christmas.

That's right he is here for a reason probably as his career is on the wind down but he's coming from a higher ceiling than alot of other players so could/should stand out more
