I don't actually think fox is a great deal better than others he just has the better tools to work with .. that makes a whole deal of difference when he has half decent players to implement his systems

Don’t forget we beat him 2-0 in the elite series final.
I don’t think he’s all that

I'd say we have too many chiefs at the moment so no decisions are being made. We have two acting GM's, a DOF & a HC.... Why have one person when four can do the job? On ice just get a proper coach like Fox up the road or Stewart or Pasha Like Chernomaz?

Chernomaz was a very different kind of coach to Neilson. More old school I guess you could say.
As alluded to this came somewhat as a culture shock, mainly to the brits, especially those who had pretty much only ever had Neilson as theur senior coach to that point.
Arguably Chernomaz was the right coach but at the wrong time.
He also wasn't helped by the fact the club backed a certain sponsor over him in a dispute when he wanted things done a certain way on game day.

As someone unaware of what you’re talking about in the second and final paragraphs, could you shed more light? What did RC want doing on game day? And did he fall out with the Brits he had? Possible reason why Perlini looked elsewhere?
