CHL 'group' stage cancelled. All 32 teams go straight into a knockout, presumably based on the seedings Cardiff will face one of the top teams. Yup something else which will hit cardiffs/kelmans pockets .. was guaranteed income for 3 home games.. now just one!

Was the CHL hugely well attended in Cardiff? I seem to remember it not being, although I may be thinking of Belfast. I doubt it's much of a money spinner, either way.

Good re-signings, one other thing what’s the price of a panthers season ticket, and for how many games.

What £500 wherever you sit. Panthers haven’t released any information about season tickets for next season yet.

What £500 wherever you sit. We have three sections Gold, Silver and Bronze and the price reduced per which you take. Gold being the most expensive on the red line. That's blocks 5 and 15. The Bronze blocks wound be 1- 2, 8- 12 and such. If it's still the same. Blocks 5 and 15 don't have any concessions/child reductions.

OK, LOCKDOWN read for those that may have finished the massive 'Lion in Winter' about the GB national teams adventures. *********************************************************************************************************************** After 18 months of research and having teamed up with ex-Tigers fan and ice hockey writer, Stewart Roberts, we now have a book that we’re proud of. 'Brighton Tigers - A story of sporting passion' The book covers the appeal of ice hockey as a thrilling competitive sport from the early 1930s to the sad demise of the team and the Sports . Stadium. in the 1960s The book is lavishly illustrated in colour and black and white and priced at £14.95 plus £3.10 p&p (it’s a large book). If you’d like to buy a copy there are two ways to get hold of one (hopefully more when the lockdown is over): 1. Direct from me - Just email me at ssbrightontigers@gmail.com and we’ll sort something out. If you’re close to me in Hove, I can deliver for free otherwise I’ll post it 2. From amazon.co.uk – just search for ‘Brighton Tigers story’ and you should find it Kevin Wilshire

A lot of gig's etc now cancelled until next year. I can't see the NIC even opening until into the New Year.

At the minute i'm more than happy with tbe Panthers approach. Since the PR disaster of what to do with games left on last years ticket they've done pretty well. Sticking to old games, shirt auctions and supporting media/social media. They deserve some credit for not trying to flog season tickets in the current climate whilst a number of orther teams continue to do so. Go look at Steelers twitter for example. Any post they put out that isn't signing news has their fans having a hissy fit. They want signing news and that probably stema from the fact they've already paid out for STs.

Agreed Bagheera, it wasn't a criticism, more an observation/understanding of the current situ.

What the hell is it with Steelers fans.. are they really in the thinking they'll see a hockey season by September/october ? They've probably heard the font of all knowledge Kelman saying they are hoping for a October return!! Totally delusional that guy knows as much as the average family when things will return Certain teams really are desperate for hockey to return at all costs its amusing. Theres no chance imports will be able to fly over then anyways

The Steelers fans must be idiots shelling out for season tickets at this stage. Is their money 100% safe and completely refundable if anything untoward were to happen to the EIHL ? I’ve asked the Steelers that very question twice.....without reply !

You can’t be too bothered with your club and that’s fair enough, but don’t call people idiots who can be bothered. At the end of the day who the hell are you to judge others.

I couldn't give a crap if they go under as I know I'll get my money back. Wannabe u clearly have more cash than sence fancy lending me a few hundred quid in these hard times?

Cardiff are somewhat of an exception,if it’s correct as you have previously said your Devils ST money is 100% safe because they have said its held in a separate account. Have any other clubs done or said this same thing ? If they have then I haven’t heard or read about it.
