You're right, it doesn't effect me because I'm not banned. But knowing what the club is like and the stances that they take is it worth trying to push black and moran into a corner? They have made much on their partnership with a firm of solictors, coincidence?

Knowing how the club react and have reacted in the past when they feel threatened, I think that, if you are countering with legal action, then black will just ban you for life. His club, his rules. And it's all right posters, like silversenior, sitting on the side-lines and saying 'go for it, show them you mean business by involving solicitors'.They've not been banned, they can sit in the stands and cheer (or boo) the team, safe in the knowledge that using a non de plume on here means they're safe.
My advice, suck it up. If it's this season only, you can be back next keeping your nose clean. This season looks to be a washout, and who knows what the team including coach will look like next.

I don't think that get you anywhere, for starters at the end of a game most fans just want to get out of the arena and go home and any congregation to protest in the foyer will probably get broken up by security for creating a obstruction. Also whether Rob is there or not the club could possibly assume he is behind it and maybe act accordingly and refuse to ever let him back.

There seems to be a lot of assumptions on here based on misinformation and blind ignorance. Is the trust dead, I wouldn't have thought so. They seem to have gone quiet recently and that is probably due the loss of Rob. The last communication from them said that they are now a very small team and have asked for help from the members. How many on here have said that they are members? How many have offered to help? Or are people content to sit back and do nothing apart from be keyboard warriors having a pop at everything about the trust and the club?

My thoughts are that Black is not going to lift the ban, he wants a lesson taught and a message put out. We know the club reads the cage and other forms of social media relating to the Panthers, to know what is being said. Rob is banned for the season, I guess, from next year he will be allowed back in. Judging by some of the comments, not necessary on here but certainly on facebook and whilst Robs postings have kept to the facts the replies have been very critical of the club, GM and NB and I feel that if things escalate and the club receives widespread adverse publicity directly relating to this issue then they might decide to ban Rob indefinitely. Those who have had dealings with NB and certainly GM know that they do hold grudges and can be petty minded when it suits them.

Good game, good result. Spoilt by some excruciating officiating, is hicks biased or inept? If he's the former don't put him charge of games like this, if he's the latter then take him off the elite league officials list and send him to the lower or junior leagues.
The character of the team is such as it didn't phase them and they upped the tempo to get the game won. Would have liked to have seen nelson be made to step up to the plate and noticed that Armstrong stayed away from Galbraith as well.
We march on.
