Oh, I dunno... he seems to do a reasonable job of impartiality on Sky, and over the years he has (or so it seems to me) toned down the stupid stuff when on the Sheffield Arena PA... granted, I don't go there all that often, but that's what I've observed. Far better than that git in Newcastle. Damn... did I just say something nice about Dave Simms? I need a holiday... ;D Won't be going to this myself - nothing to do with the location (which I loathe, it has to be said) or the cost, or the nature of the event (not convinced about it, but worth a try)... it's my Dad's 70th birthday and he lives down in London. No contest - family (in the REAL sense of the word, not the Steelers' sense!) comes first.

Now now shaggy, i quite like the guy in Newcastle at least he tries to inject a bit of fun ,and the panther fans always seem to join in with the banter.

I'm not announcing. SKY duties I assume just highlights from each game then with all of them being recorded on the day? Or will it just be the final?

Apparently its passouts for everyone, not just smokers, not too sure how they'd be able to restrict it to smokers anyway? "Show me your tabs. No tabs? Get back in....."

Did I hear that Radio Nottingham will be broadcasting live from all the games over the net? *EDIT - found it! >Click here< * That's my Sunday sorted - Japanese GP, then into the hockey The format sounds fun and I've thought in the few games I've seen so far we've almost looked more dangerous 4-on-4 than full-strength. More space for our forwards to use their vision, perhaps? Anywhere but that arena and I'd have seriously considered going but as others have said, it's uncomfortable for one game let alone a full day. Molin should have a field day in this one, inspired choice to get him involved.

Does anyone know if these will count as full games for players serving suspensions?
I'm quite looking forward to this now should be a good day here hoping Panthers do well and come out with any injuries!

All the penalties are reduced, so perhaps if anyone gets a match penalty they only miss half the next match :-)
