Came within 1 goal of doing better than Forest did, and we was -15 points, you never got anywhere near in your first season down.
I have no problems with Forest, but seen as alot of you are forest fans and dont like my Leeds, perhaps i should of pee taken alot more on your missery. Well you guys should pray you get some better players cause i can see at the end of the next season we pass you on our way up.

I think they might of.... To quote Mr Mourinho ''almost' means defeat" No Forest got nowhere near Leeds efforts this season in our first season down, same result though! And we can go on about the -15 all you want, it stands you were in the playoffs and you didn't go up! I really don't see why Leeds think that next season will be a repeat, look how the results started to drop off once you got back to 0! There was a lot to be said for the positive effects of the 'no one likes us' attitude. Ahh well, doesn't interest me now, we're a Championship club Leeds aren't. Maybe see you in round 3 of the cup, you'll need a big draw if you get that far! You may find this useful for next year... tinyurl.com/6xhv2w

He is a chancer get rid fast if i was you! Ken is not and has not been in talks to sell the club, you read tabloid tosh mate. Link to statementThis link takes you to a Leeds statement saying Maple Leaf Sports (yes owners of the Toronto Maple Leafs) jave not been in contact etc etc Besides ide rather have him as chairman with some investment for a 3rd party than lose him as our chairman. He fights our corner, he gives managers the backing and finance needed to get ourselves ready for next season. The majority of Leeds fans i know and forums i use such as Wacco and LeedsFanClub we all want him to remain in charge. As for popularity. Why do we need to be popular with other fans? We took nearly 50k supporters to Wembley and that was with being limited to buying our allotment, the wembley club tickets and several thousand sneeking into doncaster end. We have the support we need and popularity needed from our own fans and thats all we need.

also had some idiots threatening and attacking donny fans on the way home, that was not the papers that was from witnesses there who are friends of mine, so i understand you not courting popularity on that score!
if you like Bates fair enough, and tabloid tosh has some creedence sometimes but a lot of the criticism you have been getting as a club was caused by Mister Bates trying to play fast and loose with the rules and regulations thereby bringing your club down with him, i think maybe it could be the old wise connection but you sound like a millwall fan from 8-10 years ago with the nobody likes us we don't care routine!
Will not offer good advice again but in the end no bates is better than bates i feel, but not my club so not bovvered as they say!

Leeds will start as faves to go up next season. However they will be under a lot of pressure and that could affect the players.
Leicester, MKD and Peterbro' all have money behind them and should make it interesting. They also have a 3 week head start.
Leeds staying down is clearly bad news for Leicester and good news for Forest, Derby and co.
Well done Donny. The better team won on the day.

We get it. Truly irrelevant how close either team got. We didn't go up in our first year, neither did you. We're up, you're not. Deal with it.
