One of the Brits I imagine.
My moneys on Kelsall, Hazeldine or Betteridge which I expect all of them to be back. If it's Neilson I'll be delighted!

My money is on a popular re-signing!

Yeah, I'm not expecting anything astounding. Kelsall would be my odds on choice.
A statement signing (whether new or returning) would be nice ahead of POFW.

That is an exceptionally welcome re-signing! Congrats to the club for getting him back & thank you to Otto for coming back for another tour of duty as a Nottingham Panther!

A surprise, to be sure - but a welcome one.

Absoloutly awesome start to recruitment. Making re signings like this are how you start to build towards success. Of course it doesn't mean anything regards anybody else returning, but for me it does at least increase the chances a little. Hugo Roy for example. He's likely lookingto go elsewhere. I'm sure he'll look at other offers, but if a Panthers offer is similar to others then knowing Otto is here may just be enough to tip the scale.
Also a positive that an import has re signed considering many thought we'd struggle to see any again.
If I want to add a little pesimism then the only thing that concerns me is that the signing is so early there is a lot of time for him to be poached. 😂

Best signing we’ll make all summer. Was resigned to him moving on so delighted he’s back. The fact that he’s signed even before playoff final has around tells me he didn’t need much convincing and hasn’t even considered moving elsewhere

from the sadness and respectful decision of JP leaving last night to Otto coming back is fantastic mid week news. This is a step in the right direction. Hopefully KM and more come back this summer may not be a wash out after all. LETS GO PANTHERS!!

This is absolutely phenomenal news. Welcome back Otto!
I don’t feel like I’m being over the top in saying this but I believe he’s one of the best players in this league. He’s a quality player. Amazing start from the club

Fantastic signing. Would be an obvious choice for captain. Never takes a shift off and leads by example.
The reference to continuity in the article on the website is also key for me. A lack of continuity has been a real issue for so long and in that respect it’s a shame that JP has moved on. Fingers crossed we can get Roy and Henbrant signed up too to complete the top line. They were great this season but I feel there’s plenty more to come from them.

What this says to me is that we won't be losing players from this season due to a lack of ambition. Brilliant signing.

That’s a great first signing, starting strong! Genuinely thought he’d have gone elsewhere. But, he sounds very happy and settled in Nottingham despite last season being so so brutal in many ways.

He’s walks into any team in this league One of the things that often gets said when discussing whether a player is a worthy signing is “would Belfast, Sheffield or Cardiff sign them” Now with a lot of this seasons team the brutal answer is no they wouldn’t… but with Otto they would definitely have him! This is a big statement signing from the club.

Genuinely the most excited I've been about a signing for years. When was the last time we kept a player who had a strong season?

Genuinely the most excited I've been about a signing for years. When was the last time we kept a player who had a strong season? Mark Matheson maybe? Other than that you’re looking at maybe Luke Pither, Jeff Brown and Evan Mosey, but even then none of those are as good as Otto. For that you’re probably going back as far as K-Wall and Jordan Fox
