Was it because they didn't know how to use it or they couldn't be arsed to want to learn how Pretty obvious I would have thought, because it they didn’t know how to use it then it wouldn’t have been difficult to find somebody who did. Like virtually everything in the old era, they couldn’t be bothered, wouldn’t pay for the right skills and always just did the bare minimum to get by. The new era however seems to have no problem in going the extra mile and beyond. You might even make it to a game iggy! New era and all

Was it because they didn't know how to use it or they couldn't be arsed to want to learn how Kerry promised at the beginning of last season that we’d get a lot more content throughout the season and that they’d make better use of it but that never happened

If I didn’t live 450 miles away now I’d probably even have bought a season ticket again for this season now they’re doing the right things.

First of all may I say congratulations to all on their new roles. Hopefully it works out for both them and the club. As the Who once said 'A change it had to come. Dan Kerry was never the answer.
I realise what I have to say may not be popular, it's just my opinion, and I was brought up to be honest.
I've never been one for webcasts, probably never will be,especially at EIHL & Panthers prices. Given the appointments of those two to commentary duties it gives me even less reason to buy one. I appreciate commentating is not an easy job but ive caught a few of Jono's previous commentaries & the Word that springs to mind is dull. Also devoid of passion. I much prefer Aaron Murphy as a commentator (yes I know he's not involved nor is he a Panthers supporter) and that's saying something. Dan Green is... Dan Green. Less said the better.
As for Chris Ellis, Fine if he stays behind the camera side of things. He asks the the same dull & uninspired questions week after week. When he does a piece direct to camera he wobbles so much I get seasick. How someone so relatively short in height Can wobble that much is beyond me. He also has a habit of looking like he been dragged through a hedge backwards (I'm not the only one to have noted that.)
I was always glad EIHLgames were live on a Wednesday night because I was out & meant I could skip his bits.
Sorry if any of this is harsh. Tis just my current opinion. An opinion isn't necessarily wrong or right if it's in the minority or indeed the majority
Having said all of that as I said at start of post hopefully everyone makes a success of their role and go from strength to strength
Hopefully I'm proved wrong in short order my comments above

Has great hockey knowledge and would rather listen to him than others previous.

The big screen already looks better. I'm pretty sure we were using an incorrect resolution for replays last few years as it's much clearer now. Also quicker to put replays on.

Attacking peoples appearances is also pretty low, no matter if others have “noted” it.

One media position Panthers haven’t filled yet is a “proof reader” for website articles ! 🙈 (Perhaps they might before... tonight Coventry to going) etc. 🤣🙄

If it was there earlier it seems to have been corrected in a matter of hours, which is significant progress. 6 articles posted since Monday (a big step forwards in engagement) and also didn't spot any of the glaring errors they used to suffer from. Significantly better grammar as well now it seems. If they're spotting and correcting mistakes in hours then there's definitely more attention to detail and oversight going on it seems

Long may they read the cage. 🤣 After yesterday’s debacle in Sheffield at least we should be thankful we havn’t got Steelers social media ! 🙈

Also the titles of articles are now much more obvious, such as "FINAL PANDEMIC 'MAKE-UP' GAME CONFIRMED", rather than "220426 SALTBOX", for example. Little things...

But I do alter spelling mistakes asap and try to make the comment I made as good to read as I can. You see I never was good at English but love communication and like to join in posting when it pleases me, but we are not all that great in doing so but then again I'm not in a position where it matters so much. This is a 'little' forum of course. Great to see the errors corrected too by Panthers asap, like you say. All is good/better in these fronts.
