The door is open to comms. I believe. It's the only place he's remotely useful. That's debatable... Why not give jono that job I believe that is under discussion at the mo. Green hasn't been pushed totally out, yet.

Too much organisation for my liking 🤣 Unbelievable changes. Lol If we could just get a Supporters Club back on track and Ken to drop the cringey match night “i’m proud to give you” the Nottingham Panthers line that would be ace. 😄👍

While we're talking things that could be improved, to say the the highlights have been an absolute dog's dinner for a number of years would be an insult to dog's dinners everywhere.
It would be nice to be able to watch a coherent highlights package, rather than one where the some of the action starts with commentators mid-sentence and little or no-build up to goals is shown. I've said this before but Sheffield's are very, very good.

Added to that no other replies I am wearing thin on interest to help, great changes or not in advancement overall.

I've said this before but Sheffield's are very, very good. The highlights aren't (adopts Bill Bailey voice) too bad, all things considered, compared to some, but the editing is at times not great, shall we say. Too much fans waving at the camera and not enough build-up to goals and incidents, as you say, and sometimes random snippets of play with no explanation at all. I remember one when part of the highlights was Matheson cross checking an opposition player from behind, then skating off, without any commentary at all. Bizarre. Some better (or even some full stop) graphics may be nice. Scorer, assists, time of goal, game clock in picture, etc, none of which are surely hugely complicated? Agreed, Steelers highlights are the ones to be judged by. They are top notch.

Steelers ones are done by Andy Burnham I believe he's very good at what he does he's done the odd panthers too and graphics on the jumbotron . Panthers need to look into the camera position being better too...

Panthers need to look into the camera position being better too... It’s a tough one that, could they build a gantry connected to one of the boxes that sits lower, without obstructing anyones view? A start would be to have a few cameras at concourse level behind the disabled seats, this would give better close up shots

Not disapear all together whilst there is a penalty on the board. I know it's not the hardest thing to remember, but it is meant to be it's primary function.

Don't the corner sections have the score at all times

Don't the corner sections have the score at all times No. When there is a penalty that goes in the corner section and the scores disapear for the duration.

A start would be to have a few cameras at concourse level behind the disabled seats, this would give better close up shots That would be awesome yeah A friend of mine has a production company based in Nottingham, they got in touch with the Panthers a few years back about the possibility of taking on their highlights packages and possibly providing live match coverage. This may well come as a shock to you... but they were told there was no interest whatsoever in streaming live matches as it would lead to a reduction in people through the turnstiles and there was no budget for highlights packages. I'll be honest, because I work in that industry I am maybe a little bit over-critical of these sorts of things. I just find it incredibly frustrating that with Nottingham Trent University on the doorstep, an institution with a well-respected Media Production courses can't get their act together and find someone with some hunger and drive to improve things while working alongside their degree. I'm not advocating these co-called 'internships' which I find very exploitative and which narrow the field down to those who can afford to work for free, but surely there is some room within the budget to come to an arrangement that benefits both parties.

If you weren't a friend of a friend then you had little chance.

If you weren't a friend of a friend then you had little chance. And if you were a friend the old regime either expected it for free or expected you to pay for it. Been there done that first hand. Hopefully the new regime will have a totally different view of how things should be done.
