Hopefully this will be the last straw for Lacho to either buck his ideas up or ship out.
Great signing and should get plenty of minutes.

This is a massive signing, a proven, import quality Brit, this team has shaped up very nicely!

Fred Perlini. One of my favourite hockey memories was his debut in Nottingham.

Incredible signing with him being classed as British!

Surely he would be able to just fly in and play asap right?

Good competition for places within the squad cos I sure don't think he's going to want to miss many matches.

What a great signing. Should be here nice a quick too. Adds real depth and competition for places on the forward lines.
We look in the best possible shape to cover injuries from the word go. Extra goalie, extra forward, and guys who can play forward or defence. Got to give the club credit where is due.

Said some time ago they deserve credit for taking a different approach with potential instead of experience. Youth, energy and depth. Really excited.

Amazing signing! With the addition of Sauve and Perlini our roster is stacked!
Perlini is talented and a big body. Adding him to the roster not only takes our Brit pack to another level but will hold the others to account.

Plus when Clarke inevitably gets injured we still have enough quality Brit depth to role four lines Perlini is essentially an extra import quality player. The lower end Brits such as Lacho will get less ice time but this will allow us to swap players around as needed. It also takes a lot of pressure off Clarke who we can now use sparingly and hopefully get the best out of him.

By my reckoning including Kelsall we have 14 forwards (15 if you count Gagnon who can also do so but is known to be playing D this season). Kelsall will be at Swindon most weeks. This still leaves 13 forwards on game night (if all fit.) this means Corey has no excuse not to bench Lachowicz if he's not performing. Then again to make space he may just move Lindhagen (or Mosey) back on D permanently. Meaning Steve Lee will have to up his game too.

Panthers have surprised me. Seems plenty of thought and consideration have gone into building this team. Great signing, an excellent pedigree and a Brit too.

absolutely lost for words. The club for all its faults deserves credit for at least trying to put together the best squad we've seen in a long time. I think our depth is deeper than Cardiffs now. It's going to be a fun season methinks.
And 2 spares in early with Tetlow and Kelsall in the wings. This is a very exciting on ice moment

Gonna be one hell of a season. I'm hoping Though Neilson plays settled/near settled lines this season & that the injury curse doesn't take hold again Hopefully Zakharchenko will get his Visa sorted soon too.....

Makes me laugh when you say competition for places, Perlini is far too good just as a extra body , and don't talk about him in the same paragraph as Lacho, this kid can play , for me hes 2nd/3rd line at the bare minimum!

No excuse now not for CN to give Lacho a simple ultimatum, up your game consistantly or on your bike.

He has the same points production and Brown so i think 2nd/3rd line is a good level expect him to get regular minutes. Should be good for 15 goals this season.
