If anything - this may be the hardest game of the week-end to win - celebration the night before, after a hard game, then a long trip up to Fife - no doubt we are possibly the fittest team in the league, at the present, but still a big ask.

And the Flyers don't play Saturday night either.....deep joy, what's the chances on a nil point weekend ! Has anyone realised this has become a 5th/6th place playoff? Shameful with this squad. I think I read on one thread that someone thought Ling was not missed and got on the way. Wonder if that person still thinks that.

Fife still look good for the gardener so we would be 6th seed. According to Yotes that would mean Fife being 3rd Seed if Sheffield won the league. If Cardiff win the league it could be Sheffield as 3rd Seed.

The other conference are second seeds not third if Cardiff win the league. If sheffield win it they will be third.

The other conference are second seeds not third if Cardiff win the league. If sheffield win it they will be third. Aye they've changed it this year. If the league winner doesn't also win the conference, the conference winners are the 2nd and 3rd seeds, with the 2nd seed being the team that finished higher in the league. So currently it'd be: (1) Sheffield v (8) Coventry (2) Cardiff v (7) Dundee (3) Fife v (6) Nottingham (4) Braehead v (5) Belfast

This must be Neilsons master plan......finish 6th and get an easy ride to play off weekend. Oh wait,he will probably have tinkered with it since and we will get Cardiff or Belfast !

Because we all know that MONEY IS ALL THAT MATTERS !!!!!!

1-1 halfway through second. We seem to be in peaks and troughs, mainly troughs so far this period.
