depending on numbers of imports, i'd expect us to win the first 2 games, the big test will come against Braehead
Coventry 3-4 Panthers Manchester 2-4 Panthers Braehead 4-3 Panthers
i think imports currently here are;
Wiikman, Waugh, Dimmen, Mosey, Kolnik
i dont expect Schultz, Janssen or Moran to be here but no excuses for the others

Depends on how many imports Coventry have in. If we're both short benched it will be quite even, no one's going to bust a gut, & they'll all be knackered by the 3rd. Can't wait to see us tho'.

So we have MacMillan in now. From what I can make out, we're missing Peckham, Schultz, Bohmbach, Moran and Janssen? Suppose it'll be just like the regular season when we get our injury troubles again In all seriousness though, if we're short then I'm looking forward to seeing how Betteridge and Oakford do in these games. Our Brits are more than capable of matching up to most of Coventrys imports.

Could become a useful body if our guys are still struggling with visas. I reckon Manchester might have a look at him and see if he's worth pickin up on the cheap. Looking forward to seeing Connor play too, that's something I think we do better than a lot of clubs, playing juniors to get them ice time.

Which blocks have people purchased for Manchester on Saturday?
Storm say away blocks are 101 102 103 and 115, 116 and 117. Looks like 115 is busy but is it busy with Panthers?!
Thanks

Blaze missing Lawrence and Fisher according to their website who also had Kevin Noble down as missing also until he arrived in the country yesterday unbeknown to them So Blaze will play with 11 Imports whilst we will play with 8 (inc. Precenieks & Wiikman) Overall we'll probably have 16 Skaters, if both Glossop and Precenieks do play, which should give us 3 Lines of Defence and 3 Lines of Forwards plus an additional one to rotate.

will be interesting to see how the defence copes with Coventry, as its highly likely these are the players who will start the season.
and obviously we're still missing argueably our whole top line of Bohmbach, Schultz, and Moran. will also be interesting to see how the young lads fit in and what they can contribute.
finally its game day!

Blaze are playing with 10 imports as Noble, even though he arrived yesterday, isnt playing tonight. All 6 2way players are icing so will be 7 defencemen and 12 forwards for Blaze
