Was it the loser cruiser that Petricko scalded himself on?

nice to see people sticking by the team through the good times and the bad! word fickle comes to mind. so what were losing write now but thats the team you really need to get behind the team and try and do your bit to help come out this spell.

Nice to see a thought provoking & well balanced post nice to see people sticking by the team through the good times and the bad! word fickle comes to mind. so what were losing write now but thats the team you really need to get behind the team and try and do your bit to help come out this spell. If the team puts in a poor showing, the fans are going to vent their frustration, it's only normal. The one thing that does strike me is a team and players don't become bad over night. No one was slaughtering the team when before this run of performances, and while everyone seems more than happy to lamblast our participation in the Continental Cup, perhaps the squad's attitude has changed to the manner in which they approach their games now. Before our jolly into European competion the team found a way to win each night, but I seriously doubt each victory was a master class in how the game should be played. Maybe the team coming back into domestic action were over confident, had the belief they only had to turn up and the things they were doing previously would still get them results. I'm not defending them for lack lustre showings, and I'm with Greg regarding I'll accept a defeat if the team have worked their butt off, but I don't buy into this rubbish that we now have a poor team. The team have to go back to basics and work hard, if results don't come, then Ellis has to either find an alternate way of getting the best out of his team or make good with the threat of releasing players and getting new guys in.

Did you not see the game last night?
If the players had played with an ounce of effort then Id be quite happy to support them through thick and thin... but they can barely support themselves.

Nice to see a thought provoking & well balanced post Read the whole thread man, people were suggesting loser things we could/already do have. nice to see people sticking by the team through the good times and the bad! word fickle comes to mind. so what were losing write now but thats the team you really need to get behind the team and try and do your bit to help come out this spell. What confuses me is how criticising the side is seen as not being behind them? At a game i support them as much as they need but on here i tell what i think. Isn't that how it should be?

nice to see people sticking by the team through the good times and the bad! You don't need to tell Panthers fans about sticking by their team through the bad times. We're a bafflingly loyal bunch. What we can do is show concern whenever the team's confidence, performance and effort slumps to the levels it has done in only a small number of weeks.

Oh dear oh dear.... (turns and add's paek to his list of idiotic troll's)
Its natural to be angry when your team does badly... its even more acceptable when for weeks they hammer the crap out of all and sundry, then put in 3 performances that would warrant finishing bottom!!!!!!!!!

We've been on a losing streak. Maybe it's over, maybe it's not.
We're still second in the league. That hardly makes us a "loser team".
This thread started with an amusing tongue-in-cheek post.
It's descended into drivel.
