HOCKEY DAY BONANZA! The Sheffield Scimitars are giving the supporters of the Manchester Phoenix, Nottingham Panthers and the Sheffield Steelers the chance to come and watch South Yorkshires currently most successful ice hockey team at a reduced price!
There is a game between the Sheffield Scimitars and Telford Tigers on Sunday the 22/10/06 prior to the start of the game that Manchester host against Nottingham. We would like to offer the supporters from Manchester, Nottingham and Sheffield Steelers the following opportunity:
Ticket prices Adults £6.00 Child £3.00 Concessions £4.00 Family £17.00 (two adults and two children under 16) The doors open at 16.15, with face off at 17.15
To obtain this offer Manchester, Nottingham and Sheffield Steeler supporters should produce either their own team’s season ticket or their Manchester game ticket for the 22/10/06. Tickets will be sold on a like for like basis Tickets are on sale in advance from 16/10/06 by calling in person to Ice Sheffield or on the day of the match.

Would the Scims be on the better ice pad as normal then??? We are supposed to be training on pad 2 with the Stix from 6:30pm....Ice Sheffield haven't told us we are moved so hopefully we can keep the slot and watch the Phoenix game after.

As far as I'm aware Scims are on Pad 1, and then Manchester and Nottingham will warm up on Pad 2, before playing on Pad 1. At least thats what happened last time.

Well, that's decided me... I was thinking of doing the Scims game, but not sure. A £6 ticket has tipped the balance... one temporary Telford fan extra! ;D
