The coach is saying all the right things, I just hope (for once) that the assembled players do it on the ice.

Anyone else tired of hearing the same things every year?

I have to say that going by what i saw after the game on sunday...
There is a fantastic team spirit.
In the past the players have drifted into eat a various times,
but on sunday they all arrived around the same time, all sat down to eat together with their wives etc and everyone of them was joining in the conversations and everyone happy.
from what I have seen of Mike and the team... it`s just that, a TEAM.. no individuals but everything done as a team (including the families).
It`s the happiest I`ve seen the panthers players in a few seasons and I don`t put that down just to winning the game.

I reckon James Neil will come on massively under this kind of team.
Every time he finished a shift he was getting pats on the back and encouragement, even when he made a rare mistake and gave the puck away.
