That's right, Rob and the PanthersOnline team have been busy again and we present to you a Danny Scott video interview. www.panthersonline.co.uk/index.php?page=interviewsIn the interview, Danny talks about his time at the Panthers, reasons for leaving, answers his critics and also talks about his career in general. If you feel you like the interview, or you have problems streaming the video, I will make an ipod version in the next few days if anyone is interested. I would like to stress that Rob did the interview and came up with the questions, I simply edited it and added the titles. Also on PanthersOnline, the new GMB Wildcats section is well underway with pictures and profiles of your favourite cheerleaders. As the season goes on, we plan to add galleries of the Wildcats and keep you updated with their news and progress. As always, if you have any suggestions, comments or criticisms, do not hestitate to contact us. email@panthersonline.co.ukWe apologise if some Cage viewers take offense to this thread as it seems like blatent advertising, but we feel you'd like to be kept up to date with new developments every now and then. Incase you're interested, since the swapover of sites from freewebs/panthersnline to panthersonline.co.uk, we have been receiving massive numbers daily. The whole team thanks you for the support. We couldn't do it without you, your advice or your comments. PanthersOnline: By the fans, For the fans. Martin & Rob

Good interview, interesting questions
Please don`t take this as any sort of criticism, just advice
Be careful filming in front of a window, your camera was struggling to cope.
Buy yourself a microphone, as the camera`s on board Mic appeared to be struggling with the sound level. ( Maplins do some good ones and well priced )
Great idea, I would love to see some more ( Jame Neil ? )

Don't be too hard on Rob as this really was his first attempt at filming and video interviews. It was an experimental project to see if people liked it, and don't worry we have more ideas in the pipeline. We've talked about this and generally the feeling was that I'd maybe get in touch with some old friends in tv and borrow a camera and a boom next time. I thought as a first attempt it was awesome and that the video edit only enhanced the quality. The sound is a little quiet on some pc's and we do apologise for that. Like I said, if any wizzkids want it for their ipods or nokia / sony ericsson phones, when i get a minute I'll put them up for download. Comments more than welcome. Martin

We apologise if some Cage viewers take offense to this thread as it seems like blatent advertising, but we feel you'd like to be kept up to date with new developments every now and then. There's no need to apologise Martin, there's no competion between this site and yours, certainly not from this end.

There's no need to apologise Martin, there's no competion between this site and yours, certainly not from this end. Thanks Shinobi. Without naming names, there are one or two people on here that whenever myself or Rob mentions PanthersOnline they just see it as a shameless plug and forget that for nearly two years people were calling out for a new fansite. We checked our numbers after changing servers and domain names and we found we'd built up a loyal core of daily viewers and that only 6% of people who visited, haven't yet returned. We didn't take offense to the comments posted on here, but we just tended to let people know through word of mouth, front page headlines and the eihl forum, rather than risk offending people on here. However, we felt it neccessary to bring the Video interview to light as its a big thing for our site and there was also a really long thread criticising Daniel Scott last year. It's fair to say we put the best and the worst of the comments to Danny, no names mentioned, and we felt he had the right to reply. From that came a nice little interview which has already proved to be a success. Well I personally call 336 views in less than 48 hours a success. Martin

Well done guys - enjoyed the interview, but also had to turn the volume up to full strength.
Though I might be getting a little deaf in old age ;D

Went down to Romford to see their first game of the season, a goal and an assist for #61 ...
Amazing what he can achieve with regular ice time. Top guy, looked confident and comfortable with his new team ... especially considering it's early days down there.
Nice one DS, and best of luck for the rest of the season.
Romford have a two way contracts thing going on with Basingstoke this year, perhaps we'll see #61 back at the NIC sooner rather than later?
