Are you sure you aren't the GM? ;-) That's fine bill. No-one can say the effort wasn't made. If that's what happens then it will simply push me, and others, further away. Just a side point, I have worked with some people who came with credentials that would make you believe they are super heroes; but their attitudes and behaviours rotted departments and organisations to the point that changes had to be made before massive failures ensued. What somebody does is not the only aspect to consider, how somebody behaves is also important. The latter can become a cancer that slowly eats an organisation or business from the inside out. The results may not manifest themselves for long time but when they do they are usually fatal or nearly so.

Where did bill's post go?: PIM nice to see a letter from the heart but I can gurantee the second he reads about you asking for Moran to leave and also blaming him for a lack of sucess he will think you have a screw loose but then again I guess it will be good when he actually explains what GM does and it will stop the unnecessary GM bashing on here and set alot of people straight, i'm actually looking foward to the response which I hope there is one but as I said before as soon as he reads the part about GM he may think you're a looney and not bother replying, no offence

It is on Twitter and Facebook. I can't link them from work, but go to TCWfanzine on Twitter and re-tweet the link and search TCW on Facebook and share the link. As Lee says we need as many people as possible to do this.

Just signed the petition. Up to 114 signatories but need many more to make Neil Black sit up and take notice. I think a lot will log-on to t'net later during the evening and have a browse then, so hopefully the figure will swell considerably. Under the Coalition's Localism proposals laid out in draft legislation before Parliament, we'd be eligible for a referendum now

The Evening Post needs alerting to this. More Panthers fans read the post than come on here.

Yes, perhaps the inclusion of a link in a reply to today's article would be beneficial to help spread the message far and wide? Good idea, and looks like it's now been done. The number of signatories is growing steadily, hopefully it will continue. My only real request is that as many people as possible who support the Panthers get to see it and make up their own mind. If the number of people who want genuine change is so low that Neil can ignore it then so be it and the people will have spoken.

Just follow this link Richard: www.petitiononline.com/NBNP2011/petition-sign.html?The rest should be self explanatory I think, just some boxes to complete, some required, some optional. Please spread the word, if we can get the numbers high enough Neil will have to take notice.

I signed the petition on behalf of a family of four
I will say however Neilson going is the immediate concern of mine
Gary moran and spelling mistakes are almost a different topic altogether
Think we will do well just to get a new coach at this stage

The headline figure is the thing that will grab Neil's attention.

Greg's latest article and in my opinion his best yet. When he sent it to me this lunchtime and I read it, I had a lump in my throat and could feel tears welling in my eyes as it conveys everything I feel about the Panthers current situation so eloquently. I strongly urge everyone who cares about the Panthers to read it. Getting Angry With Greg Mitchell 7th February

I think that's the way a good majority of the fans currently feel.

Disillusioned. Yep... that's the word. That horrible empty feeling after you've had a major rant and you've just exhausted the anger... the feeling of total helplessness, that no matter how much you care - it's not going to make the blindest bit of difference. That whilst they might mean a whole lot to you, you just can't escape the realisation that you mean virtually nothing to them.
Deep depression from the man on the window-ledge...

I have been conducting an interview this week with Jamie Black, son of Panthers owner Neil. He has much to say on the current situation at the Panthers in a frank and honest interview. TCW interview with Jamie BlackConstructive comments and feedback is welcomed.

Jono, a good open interview in my view.
It's nice to see Jamies open opinions, and also opposes his dad on a couple of points. Not sure how much influence he has on how Panthers are run, but at least it's a step in the right direction if the fans and management can start to communicate through forums or focus groups.
Thanks for arranging this.

Another failure to accept that Gary Moran is anything but whiter than white. I suppose all those people who have had negative experiences with him are lying.
Nothing will change at our club, expect to see Corey Neilson back next season.
I don't buy this need to entertain guff either. A team can win, be consistent and be entertaining. These attributes are not mutually exclusive.
