Apparently Morzine and Martigny play each other tomorrow night..
I suppose that will also be on the internet..!!
It would be interesting to see how many penalties they both get and see if they have ZT .. or will Martigny walk again if things get rough!!

Assuming that report is accurate (and I've no reason to believe otherwise).... is there any Swiss team that ISN'T out to screw us at any opportunity? Just what we don't need.... a player (non-replaceable Brit, too) injured before the freakin' season even starts!! I hope someone breaks all their cuckoo clocks and eats all their cheese.... Plus - as Dawn said... thumbs up to the Panthers website bunch for a swift update. It won't be easy delivering that kind of swift update all throughout the season, but if they can do it... that'll be definite cause for congratulations IMHO.

Echoed.
Top marks to panthers.co.uk and also get well soon to Paul moran.
As for the walk-off... what a bunch of girls (metaphorically). Start a game, finish a game. Were they afraid to lose to a British team???

think we will be alright with out moran, yeah its a big shame as he is a very good player for us, but i think we will cope
probably better happening now than screwing the lines up after the season has started

We lost Scott and Richard W .. but only gained Danny so we are one short on last season anyway ... and now with Paul down as well...

Allegedly, the Panthers are going to be hooking up more strongly with the Nottingham U19s..... and from what I saw of a few of them last night at Lions training, there's some potential there, no doubt!

maybe mike will call up someone from Bracknell to cover Mopes, two way cotracted players are in his plan so guess we will wait and see, what position do the Buckmans play?

I'd be very surprised if we have any two-way players from Bracknell..... it's just too far to travel for practices etc. And I doubt we'll be seeing the Buckmans in Panthers jerseys again.... I think Peterborough are doing two-ways with Coventry now.

Wouldn't we have too many imports if Calle or Ellis played?

Wouldn't we have too many imports if Calle or Ellis played? Yes we would, so rule them out. I think we will just run 4 D whilst Mopes is out. No reason why we cant run with 4, especially if Blaz can drop to D if necessary. Apart from the Mopes incident , despite some threads, I think its been a great idea the pre-season training camp, and I suspect the boys will look sharp at Bracknell. HL

I hope you have taken note MWB, this is what you call team toughness and not goonery, as some of questioned it as.
Thats what annoyed me last year, getting knocked about all over the place, it seems ME has been pleased with our performances too on this your. We are streets ahead of the other elite teams in terms of preparation... FACT
Now we ll take on bracknell and i think we ll treat this one very seriously, and with Mcaslan in the line up ME will be able to really sort his lines out, it seems we are pretty pacey and skillful too, hopefully happy times ahead

Didn`t Corey give it to Wooley for him to bumble it into the net? Runnerbean would say it was hit with such force, Wooley had no chance to stop it. ;D It was hit with such force, Wooley had no chance to stop it. There you go ;D

Wouldn't we have too many imports if Calle or Ellis played? Can someone please clarify... If Mike Ellis plays for Team GB is he classed as an Import or is he a Brit?
