Sorry if this has been posted elsewhere...but following the news that the NFL, & NHL are to stage games in London next year, comes the news that the NBA are to stage a game @ the new O2 Arena next year too. It seems that the Boston Celtics, will play Minnesota in an exhibition game. Fantastic News!

Well all we need now is the MLB to hold a World Series game in London and we'll have the lot in October!

Seems they are all coming over. Is MLS coming over? Well Colorado will be as part of their tie-up with Arsenal. Not known whether they'll play some friendlies and v whom though.

How do ticket prices compare for this with the NHL?
I'm assuming this is less since it's pre-season.

In your opinion? Tickets for this range from £15 - £85. The NHL games, prices range from £25 - £65. I am not TOO bothered about the NHL game (Well..not too fussed about the two teams involved, apart from the chance to see Giguere). We HAVE booked to see this NBA game though, & having seen the Celtics last season in Boston, are pretty keen to do so again. Different strokes for different folks & all that jazz

.... the NHL away. Not to me it doesn't & I was lucky enough to see the 92-93 Chicago team with Jordan et al and it did nothing for me one bit. I couldn't careless where the NHL ranks against the NFL NBA or MLB and likewise with the 92-93 Jays team, I went to see them play while in Toronto and they were defending World series champions & other than when a home run was scored, it was no different than watching cricket. As for you jibe at the Leafs, they're rebuilding through the draft, but then you yourself have said you have no interest in the NHL, so you wouldn't know would you? Oh and by the way, Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Ltd own both the Leafs & Raptors ;D

Personally I find them both rather dull. And baseball is ok but lacls the subtelty and variables of cricket. I like that you're rebuilding thru the draft. Just like the Raiders! ;D

Reason I asked is rebuilding thru a NFL draft is obvious but not in the other 3 sports where there are foreign leagues.
