There are a lot of disgruntled Flyers fans at the moment and a lot are predicting that Ken may not see out the week. His new contract was a set of three one year deals so therefore he can be fired at any time with little compensation being paid.
Personally, i feel that a coach that can't get his side off the bottom with Foppa on the ice needs to be rid. I was happy when he signed on again but he hasn't used the summer at all well.
Basically, he's had plenty of time to get used to the new NHL but has failed completely.

A bit premature for this I feel. 18 - 20 games in then yes but not now.
7 games into the season and baying for blood? Not for mejust yetalthough the spirit in the locker room must be at an all time low with only 1 win in 7.
5 of the defeats have been in regulation aswell.

I don't think it's all the fault of your coach, you're GM has to take some of the blame as it was he who signed the lumbering oafs in Hatcher & Rathje. It'd appear Bobby Clarke is bullet proof in the City of Brotherly love

I personally do find Clarke's signings bemusing, during the summer we had 10 centres at one point. He also gave the likes of Rathje and Hatcher 3 and 4 years respectively. He signed Nedved (what a move) and seems to be too happy to sacrifice today for tomorrow.
Believe me, Clarke is far from bullet proof, he takes as much flak as GM.

Believe me, Clarke is far from bullet proof, he takes as much flak as GM. I reckon if it was down to fan power Bobby would be clearing his desk. There has been a steady increase in dissenting voices over the last 3 - 4 years as I know of and probably longer than that too.
