Nice to see that the Panthers pay attention ;D ;D ;D Talk about closing the stable door AFTER the horse has bolted Or maybe they've only just realised he's left ;D

I'm taking FULL credit and no-one can stop me, even if they argue with facts ;D ;D

Yep, very lax of the official site to say nothing till raised on here.
Not keen on official site wording......"lengthy discussions" and no mention of needing an operation.
Methinks he was going to get cut anyway and the negotiations included a payoff not covered by the insurance? Perhaps he was fit enough to come back? All conjecture on my part.
The right decision to part company IMHO but I don't like the way it's dealt with and the actual information in the statement...all rather meaningless and wordy if you study it.

P.S. If the official website are reading this thread, perhaps they should note that the release of Tvrdon doesn't take place with "immediate affect" as they say and should be "immediate effect"

I don't think that you are too far off base with that. Listening to what GM said.... He’s back to where he was BEFORE he popped his shoulder in France but more work needs doing. He’s going to see a mate/friends who are experts over in a Slovakian sports clinic or something. We’ve reached an agreement where he goes away a friend of the Panthers and hopefully the Panthers are a friend of his. To me it sounds like that he thought he was fit but The Panthers were concerned that his shoulder would go again and since we had Big Mac here, we've let Roman go after reaching a deal in "lengthy meetings with the Panthers management".. All IMHO of course

this might sound harsh, but i can't say that im particularily gutted that Tvrdon has gone. He may have been injured and therefore not playing to his potential but it was always going to be McKenna or Tvrdon and you'd have to be insane to pick Roman if given those options....
No disrespect to Tvrdon though, he could have kicked up a fuss but he's gone with good grace and i wish him all the best. Lets hope we see him on these shores again one day (whats the betting he wears teal one day?)

All the very best Roman - hope you make a speedy recovery and hope to see you back with the Panthers next season, or in the not too distant future! All the very best and thanks for everything!
